They never get your order right. Everytime you go through the drive through they make you wait at the first window then wave you up when your food is ready to protect their numbers and times. And somehow their system is always rebooting when you need something. Jack isn’t what it used to be.

I would give this place 0 stars I found a spider/insect/maybe hair?/thread? in my taco. I was so hungry, haven’t eaten all day. Didn’t even touch the rest of what I ordered. Absolutely disgusting. I went today about 15 minutes ago, 7/9/24 at 10:41 pm. I am disgusted! I am so horrified that I was about to take a bite out of the taco but I always open it to put the taco sauce inside so GLAD I DID! This is so gross. Always check your food!

The pricing is insane. The food quality is poor. Its Greasy. And, all the “We charge for this” signs are too much. I’m over it. These restaurants are mostly where there is a lot of homelessness. I hope they help them.

I live near this place and decided to buy so as not to eat elsewhere. The service is incredibly rude, they are awful, especially the young lady who serves who thinks she is the owner of the business, serving the customers poorly and especially when one asks for a refund she feels like the owner, that was on the 21st at 7:20 pm. How do you allow these employed people to treat the server who comes to buy poorly or is it that the salary does not come from the people who come to eat to pay them. THE WORST SERVICE IN TREATMENT AND FOOD I HAD TO VOTE MY MONEY AND THE FOOD. You all vote for these people who provide poor service and serve reheated food. Again, if you ask for hot things they give it to you with grease and everything is terrible.

It’s honestly getting so frustrating u guys can’t get any order right or give us the wrong things. This is 3 times in one month already. And no napkins either. My fiancé went a got a salad for me again rn and I told him to make sure u guys use the chicken ur suppose to which is the same one in the chicken grilled chicken salads. But yet u guys r using nasty cold pre chopped chicken like as if we don’t know what’s suppose to be going in our salad and we have never gotten it before. This time u went overboard and microwaved it this is disappointing. Especially because I’m pregnant and u guys keep doing this especially because I can only eat specific things due to everything making me severely sick and the smell of this chicken is bad. How is it that the food cost more and the service and quality of food get worse. I just ordered from here and the quality of food is really bad, the service was horrible, I took the chance of coming here but I have lost all hope in this place. You are better driving farther for better food. I just hate the fact that I work so hard for my money and I still can’t get good food. Lost all faith in you guys. I just stopped here for dinner and ordered my 1-yr old some food along with the rest of my family. The picture that I post is the kids meal for my 1-yr old. The nuggets literally look like they’re hours and hours old. They’re cold and dried up and after throwing them down on my child’s plate they started to flake off and come apart. I mean, worst child’s meal I’ve ever seen. Absolutely disgusted. I don’t want my son eating his meal because of possible food poising now and how this food was treated. This should never be allowed or acceptable.

Smaller portions and not so friendly staff. I ordered 2 tacos and they were tiny. Also, more cars and people. A little uncomfortable to dine in. You have to park in a supermarket Parking lot to eat here. Unless you’re handicapped. . Come on. Better parking for travelers.
