Ordered a chicken sandwich combo with a cheesecake for desert. Chicken was as hard as a rock and looked about a few days old. Usually don’t ever have a problem with the food at this location. But this is just gross!

My chicken in my spicy chicken sandwich was rock hard and I couldn’t even bite a piece out of it! The picture shows the chicken after I removed the breading. There’s not much chicken there that could be filling and it was a rock hard. I couldn’t even eat it. I had to scrape the breading off and put it in my sandwich to feel like I was eating something. I can’t believe I wasted $13 on this.

This is the worst Jack in The box this is Tyler I go here every other day always the same incompetent staff order is constantly wrong meat on burger was gross and under cooked to top it off the day I went they had no drinks that I wanted every selection I wanted was out of service when I asked for the money back on the drink they said I would have to ask for refund in the app then I get home and my bacon ultimate cheeseburger had mayonnaise on it after I told them no mayonnaise the people that work here must not be too smart if they are unable to follow directions on a screen

Stopped here today and got some Tacos. Really clean. Friendly staff. Bathrooms for customers or guests, clean also. Parking was easy. I would definitely recommend this Jack the box. The food is fresh and done right

What’s started as an odd experience with jack in box turned into a great one.
They gave me some cold fresh, real cold. So I called and spoke to Jaime. Jaime not even the manager took care of it without delay and even offered to remake my order without any hesitation. Great customer

Hit or miss, most of the staff is nice. The one pulling the strings are out of their minds. They ran out of normal size drinks and would not sell me a regular size combo! I had said ok well that is not my problem, I’ll pay for a regular and you can give me the large drink. Needless to say I waited there for nothing and would not pay the extra money for their stupidity. But I love the food so it’s a love hate relationship

I will have my wife write this for me . This place has horrible service. The lady kept rushing me to take my order . She also got my order wrong and when I called to let them know about the mistake instead of being polite and apologetic she blamed me for not checking the screen . I have dislexia and cannot read and she made me feel very bad telling me it’s my fault because I should’ve read the screen to verify . The manager is a bully . I’m never going to that location again . Today is Nov 15 and the time is 9:40 . I suggest you follow up with the so called supervisor and provide them the proper protocol to handle a simple mistake with respect and not blame to customer for their errors as they assume everyone can read the screen .
