I go here about almost every night around 11-11:30PM and I have to give the night crew the recognition they deserve every single experience ive had was phenomenal the workers have amazing attitude and take my orders with no problem the food comes out more than perfect my only complaint is when i went to the same location but during the daytime and it was a completely different experience I have to give the night crew props for the work they do almost everytime I get my food it looks just how it does in the Ad <3

I went to Jack-in-the-Box on Haven because I’ve had bad experiences with the one on baseline and the one on Cherry. They both give you like Dale food but this time they tore one piece of bacon in half and said it was two pieces of bacon give me the worst sandwiches I’ve hadand then would not refund me my money after my food I don’t want that either. So I’ve got ripped off by Jack-in-the-Box three times but this one was the worst.

I visited Jack in the Box and used the drive-thru to place my order. The customer service was nice and friendly, making the experience pleasant and efficient. The staff’s positive attitude definitely stood out, and I appreciated the quick service. Overall, a great drive-thru experience at Jack in the Box!

Staff has always been friendly. So far they always get my order right. I like this location but sadly have to give my business else where for late night. Sadly management decision to clean shake machine at 10pm so you can never order a shake later. Even on a Friday or Saturday night. The fast food across the street can do at the golden arches. Appreciate the friendly staff though.

The nashville hot cheese sticks are awesome. Love the sauce and I have had the best in nashville. The problem is the service here. I made a mistake in ordering. I was trying to also order the nashville hot chicken as I had already ordered the same in the cheese sticks. I let the supervisor or mgr know I got the wrong item. He pointed out I got what I ordered. I let him know that was not what I wanted. He again said you got what you ordered. This would have been an easy fix. Just give me some sauce to put on the chickwn. No big deal. The mgr had no interest in good customer service. Even when a customer makes a mistake and I admitted I goofed. You still try to help the customer. This was a very simple fix and he had no interest in helping. Only reason I don’t give them a 1 star is I goofed in the order. But such an easy fix to allow a customer to leave upset. Not smart at all.

The Evening Manager was very helpful and friendly. She was busy trying to restock and make sure the restaurant was clean and neat but quickly stopped to help us. Our Spicy Chicken sandwich was delicious as was our breakfast Jack. We enjoyed a great meal with friendly people and got back on the road happy! Thank You all!

Check your order & receipt before you leave. The manager added drinks I didn’t order & over charged me at the window. She didn’t confirm my order at the window before charging my card. She gave me the wrong hamburger & didn’t provide a straw. Refunds back to the credit/debit card takes 2-3 business days. She will only offer cash refund or to double charge the transaction. I highly don’t recommend this location. They were not busy at all.

Their regular burgers are good. But everytime they come out with new stuff, it’s always a miss. Their new sauce and loaded fries are a mess. I bought their carne asada fries and literally got 3 pieces of meat. It looks like a mess
