it was an app drive thur pick up. the person that assisted me wasn’t the best. she was upset to learn she was incorrect about what she was doing. she dumped it off on her manager who handled the situation much more better than her worker. very unwelcoming won’t be returnin to this location nor ordering from here again. the experience was very poor. we were told to pull ova to receive the remainin part of our order. i went inside so they wouldn’t have to comeout. the cooc greeted me very professional very nice guy. the worker realized it was me and AGAIN WITH THE ATTITUDE. the manager gave me our food. i had to ask wasn’t ASKED IF i needed condiments. $31 bucc order and we were given 4 ketchups………are you serious? ONE ranch. how many combos were ordered? THANK GOOD I DON’T EAT this type of food…………u’d think for each bag she’d place AT LEAST THREE ketchups for dem no na. WOW. maybe that’s why the inside was completely empty.

Have been going to this Jack in the box since it opened buying the whole family a meal when I didn’t feel like cooking. This time I was alone & craving tacos…I ordered two but apparently now it costs 25c for extra ranch/sauce. I only wanted one ranch per taco/item. So what is considered extra exactly ??? Seriously what if I had ordered for my whole family even more items..I would still only get one ranch. Wow.

When a lot of the local fast food establishments would close due to lack of staff this establishment came through in a pinch. The food here is always up to standard and delicious. However, what’s even more outstanding is most of the staff at this location have such a good attitude when serving you(I would like to acknowledge one male member of your staff(don’t have his name on hand)that goes above-and-beyond with a positive attitude when serving us. Going to the fast food chains I’ve noticed a definite decrease in the quality of employees working at these restaurants. The caliber of worker, appearance and performance, at most places has definitely dropped and the food quality and quantity had also gone down at most places. JITB is local and edible.

This location is always pretty reliable when it comes to quality and service. I’ve only doned inside once and it was clean. Outside is always well maintained and the parking lot is small but I don’t think that’s a problem.
