Employees are kind to customers, I asked my burger well done, and they actually made it the way I ordered. It’s pretty rare for that to happen, because often even though if I ask for well done they won’t listen.
One thing they could improve tho is to keep the soda dispensers stocked, it’s not uncommon to find a bunch of drinks unavailable. Food is however not bad I would say.

I ordered via UE. I got the spicy chicken wraps. One of the things i like about Jack is that it’s moderately priced and usually fresh food. What i got today and about a week ago is making me not want to patron there. The wrap was stale, and the chicken was old and stale. One of the “strips” was barely a dried out nugget. I just want to say that if you hate your job so much that you can’t serve customers who make your check possible, then you need to find somewhere else to work. 2 stars because at least the fries were hot.

I really only have been through the drive thru. The staff is friendly and helpful. Service is usually fast. Great place for fast food. Food is always good, I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich or the double jumbo jack. Both are always very tasty. Also the taco’s are good.

Homeless surrounding the area- can’t even roll down your window to place your order because they are pressing you for money . Paid $12 bucks for a breakfast sandwich that looks like this . Got my food fast which I thought was a plus , but now I see they serve low quality . Don’t recommend this jack in the box.

Cool dude up front. The boneless wings came out soggy, wet and gross, like they’d been microwaved with the lid on rather than deep fried. The bathroom was disgusting and had clearly not been maintained. No tp either. Crap location, but keep the kid up front, he’s nice.

Always a great place to eat. They have a great selection. You can order breakfast anytime and you can order dinner items anytime. They have salads they have burgers they have the teriyaki bowl and egg rolls! You can never go wrong with Jack in the Box. Plus I think they’re open very late or sometimes 24 hours

I would put zero Stars if possible but that isn’t. I was simply trying to order a combo meal which is advertised on the building with a poster and the girl at the register could not figure out how to charge me and I was the only one in-line inside, but she was able to serve all the cars in the Drive-Thru without a problem….. Usually so so here but this is the straw that breaks the camel’s back I will not be coming to this Jack in the box ever again. I’m so disappointed.
