The food has gotten a lot more greasy than it used to be. You could taste the oil in the fries and the nuggets. I won’t be going back. My kids were disappointed. Their last California visit had left them with a positive impression of Jack in the box. Not so much this time

GENESIS O is extremely rude and disrespectful. We just ordered food not too long ago and this “adult” dismisses us without the sauces we requested and we were extremely kind. And she tells us to “Please go now” in a passive aggressive tone. What kind of Jack In The Box hires an employee who has poor quality service, has a negative tone, and is passive aggressive. Yes it’s late at night, then don’t work a shift that you will be moody in. Get it together girl and get removed from the drive through/business if you’re going to reject service, use excuses, and be the lowest possible vibration that the world has to offer. My brother has special needs and makes noises, so if you think that you denying service is okay, you need to get your act together and respect others. Such a negative work place.

Super friendly staff. Quick service and tasty food. Got the meaty breakfast burrito, croissant, and jumbo platter. Jumbo platter now comes with french toast instead of pancakes.

Bathrooms are worthy of a shut down from the Health Department.
One toilet out of service; won’t flush.
Second one would seep raw sewage up from the floor drains when toilet was flushed. Raw sewage all over the floor. Big cockroach trying to pull himself out of it. You know it’s bad when even the cockroach is trying to escape the disgusting situation.
I reported this to the staff. They seemed like they could care less. One kid went and kinda looked over the situation then went back to the kitchen.
The memories of this experience seriously make me physically ill.

Ordered tonight and had the worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. All female staff and apparently no “manager on duty” I was told to pull around and wait by the front door in my car after ordered and receiving drinks only. While waiting the drive thru staff proceeded to serve 4 cars and 2 people inside the place. I have worked in a restaurant and you don’t skip orders you go order by order. They had us waiting 16 minutes before they even dropped curly fries. Mind you my 9month pregnant girlfriend and my daughter are waiting. At this point I ask for a refund the staff was not apologetic at all. When I told them I had been waiting 20 min for my food the person who took my order ximena smartly replied you only waited 16 min…….. so I have no idea what standard your held too but 16 min to barley start the fries for my order is ridiculous. I will never be coming here again and I will recommend everyone do the same. The staff is very unprofessional and having no manger on site is no good in the restaurant business.
