Have been coming here for years since it is the only one close. The last like 6 times I’ve gone they have constantly gotten my order wrong. When going through the drive through they make me drive back when I get to the window implying they’re backed up but often have been the only one in line. I am an experienced chef and I gotta say the standard at this jack in the box are pretty bad. It just seems like no one cares there and it breaks my heart because I love jack in the box:(

They got my order wrong 2 times in a row for the exact same thing. I asked for 2 tacos no hot sauce and both times they had hot sauce. I asked for no ice and they put ice. Makes me think they did it on purpose. Plus drive thru was taking forever. DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE

I see so many reviews saying customer service was bad. In our case customer service was really good. But judge for yourself in the pictures. something needs to be done. Either they change the pictures of the burgers or make them a little bit similar as they advertise.
(By the way, they apologized to my bf and told him to bring the receipt for a refund but I had already thrown it to the trash can and just left. I was not going to be looking for it. But promise to myself never going back to jack in the crack. This company is a rip off.

Every time he comes to this Jack in the box expect for the person in the drive-thru to tell you reverse your car and wait until the order is ready. Even if you place your order in advance on the app they’re always going to ask you to reverse your car in an unsafe manner and wait until your orders ready so they can manipulate the service times. You always see a car just parked two cars away from the drive-through at all times because they’re trying to manipulate their service times. Today I placed my order in the app 15 minutes in advance because I didn’t have time to wait in their drive-thru so they can manipulate their numbers and once again they told me to reverse my car in the drive-thru and wait an additional 10 minutes for my order this time I asked for the manager and I wanted to know what was the excuse for this she told me it was because I needed to because they’re busy there was only one other car in the drive-thru at the time. Ordered on the app and drive thru was still 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Got my order and they didn’t make the burger right. Paid extra to upgrade to wedges and they were out of wedges when I fit to the window. I also came the other day and they couldn’t take plastic. I guess it didn’t matter anyways since they were out of shakes.

Yesterday I was waiting to place order when a gentleman made comments,in which I responded back to him. After commenting to gentleman,the youngman in front of me spun around aggressively stating who talking to! I said I wasn’t talking to you,and you better be tough vexing up on me. At that point the cashier comes out questioning what occurred when knew exactly what transpired,and then sided with her son by refusing me service (it’s on camera and I want it investigated as that is discrimination as well as grounds for termination! I will also be contacting a lawyer to enquire about lawsuit!

I was there the other day to dine inside. I had ordered a combo with a small drink and everything seem fine. I ate my food, but when I asked for a refill, they denied me because I had supposedly already had one refill, but if you look at Jack-in-the-Box’s policy, you are allowed unlimited refills, but even then I was only asking for one more and it was a small drink. I had spoken with the manager named Lupe and even though she pretended to be nice you could tell she was saying and doing things in a certain way to be rude. Besides all that the bathroom was very nasty and dirty, there was homeless everywhere but to put the cherry on top when you try to call the store number to make a complaint it is disconnected and they don’t have an active line for the store. All I could say is that the management of that store in particular seems very disorganized and not run correctly. I am trying to make a complaint to corporate, but most Jack-in-the-Box is working in the system where you talk to the manager, but the managers never hold accountable and because of that they are power houses that do what they want all like it’s ever say is I would never recommend eating at this Jack-in-the-Box. It would be better to go and take a couple more minutes of your drive to the one on Pacific Coast Highway then it would to eat at this one thank you for your time if you read everything!!!
