Listen, no wonder why they’re closing so many Jack-in-the-Box chains. These managers are characters out of a comic book. If you want your buns and your burger smashed before you sink your teeth in come to this location. I asked for an ultimate cheeseburger. They gave me a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. I drive back to the location and I explained to to Vivian the manager there and she asked me she wants to make it better and I said OK refund my money and make me a new order. She insisted that that was not possible so she ended up just refunding my money back and was still looking to get some thing to eat this is what we paying almost 8 dollars for She might as well spit on it while she was at it, and Gladys basically wanted to fight me The nerve The funniest about this is that she could’ve made it better, but for some reason, she was willing to throw the first order away, but not remake my order correct

We ordered take out through the drive thru. I ordered 4 meals with milkshakes. It was before midnight so I know the lines are long and the wait time will be long as well. That wasn’t the issue. When I received my order it was wrong and food missing. I had a long drive home so I couldn’t check the bag because of the long line of cars behind me. I am so upset. The chicken tenders were hard. I usually don’t complain but I spent 30 minutes in drive thru, spent $55.94 just to come home with missing food.

Rude workers who thought i didn’t speak spanish. She started talking about me and when i told her I could understand her she said i had an attitude! Yes when you are talking about a customer. Just unprofessional and no decorum. But what do you expect from a fast food worker.

There was 1 customer inside and I was the only one in the drive-thru. I ordered breakfast and lunch for myself and a friend at work which is where I am now. When I pulled in, my GPS said I should get to work by 647am. I figured even if they took 10 minutes to make my food I would be ok. But it took 20 minutes for them to hand me 2 breakfast sandwich combos 4 drinks, and a double sourdough jack combo. And right now after looking at my drink as I grabbed it to come inside, I was disgusted. My coke cup was filthy on the outside and has fingerprints all over it. It also looks as though the woman took a drink or was drinking out of the cup she filled because there are 2 lipstick spots under the lid where someone’s mouth was on the cup. This was the second day in a row I visited this jack in the box on my way to work and today’s service was horrible. I am afraid to even eat my food because what if this woman touched my food as well with those filthy hands. I spent almost $35 on 3 combos and an iced coffee and thw only thing that im gonna a touch is the iced coffee because I need some coffee this morning. I want my money back. If you don’t think I am calling to give them a bad review on their survey too, you are mistaken

Dining area was too dirty. I had to change my order to go. I also went there specifically for the spicy tenders but when I got home I realized I got regular chicken tenders.

Grabbed some food last night. 6 tacos and a customized sourdough jack. I got home and ate 3 tacos before I just couldn’t anymore. They were all stale. Like tortilla chips that had been left out for a week. My sourdough jack was better. I just wished it was grilled with more butter and tasted more crisp and rich like great sourdough jacks I’ve had in the past. I suppose each location is different. I can see why the In-and-Out close by had cars lined-up over 20 long, and the drive thru at JITB had zero when I went through. On a Friday night around 10 p.m. It was kind of sad to see. I felt like I wasted my money and chance to eat something better for dinner.
