Drive thru was empty and I was first. Quickly ordered and had to wait about 5 minutes for my food at the window. Saw My food was ready and bagged and the cashier didn’t hand it to me but proceeded to take more orders. Only saw one worker the whole time juggling a now long drive thru line plus the line inside. Also food was way too greasy and flavorless. Horrible.

Bathrooms are locked. You will need to ask the cashier to open it for you. It’s an all gender bathroom. The benefits of this fast food are right next to the 91 east freeway to jump back on.

I ordered inside at 9:49 a.m. because the drive thru line was long. I waited for more than 30 minutes inside because they were giving all the prepared food to the people in the drive-thru line. It’s now 9:65, Terrible customer service. My husband called me from the car complaining about our time delay for our trip. Never again.

I ordered #22, sausage, egg and cheese breakfast croissants combo with coffee. That was the PROBLEM!! It was more coffee grounds than coffee. 1/4 of the cup was coffee grounds! I didn’t know it until I got home. I will NEVER get coffee from Jack in Box AGAIN!! The cashier at the drive through window had a very bad attitude.

Got into town late from the airport. This was one of the few options in the area after 9:30 – food was cold and spot on for fast food (not great, dry patty and sourdough bun wasn’t anywhere near fresh) Only 2? People working so it took them about 15 minutes to take our order but food came very quickly (not sure why it was cold ) They were very nice and friendly, let us stay past closing to finish eating.
