Went in here expecting to get my food. Bunch of teenagers vaping and also the lady who gave me my food didnt even take my order right, pretty sure she was zoned out annoyed. Almost forgot my drink I’m pretty sure but I asked her about it. Just use the drive thru.

Typical fast-food options. Service was okay. The one who took our order spoke spanish and you could tell she struggled with English. Thankfully my dad is fluent in Spanish so that helped. But something to be mindful of if you don’t speak Spanish. She was kind and doing her best, but just be mindful in case there’s any communication issues. Bathroom is locked, they have to let you in. Be ready tho cos it only stays unlocked for a second or two. Clean and well-maintained.

Service was fast. It was a late night drive thru run with no problem with the order, fast everything in and out. Customer service was fast and well done from payment to food out the window. Will be going back for the wife for her love of those tacos. Be nice if they brought back the packs of sour cream.

Went through the drive thru, and my total was $11.54. I didn’t want any ones back, so I handed the cashier $21.60, and I got $9.06. When the cashier came back, I questioned my change. He stated my change was correct, told him to try again, and I should have gotten $10.06. He looked confused and then reluctantly handed me one more dollar bill.
All this technology and food works want more money per hour and yet can’t provide the right change. ♂️

Everynight after work I order 3 and most of the time 6 eggrolls. Tonight i ordered 3 eggrolls and 1 cheese cake. I got my order in less than 2 minutes. When I got home and about to eat the eggrolls I found out that 2 of the 3 eggrolls are burnt and it looked like they were fried 2 or more times. This probably happened 3 times already that I got burnt or sometimes soggy eggrolls. So this time I’m pissed and starving and took it back to the store and told the cashier on the speaker phone that I’m returning the burnt eggrolls that I bought earlier. He asked me to go to the window and waited for maybe 3 minutes before getting my replacement eggrolls. The guy didn’t say sorry or anything, so I drove off.
They should not recycle or cook the eggrolls in advance. You guys will ruin your business. People are not stupid not to see the quality of food you serve when they get home.

I have yet to get a fresh order here in over 20 years LOL. I have no idea how everything comes out of this location lukewarm? To top it off it doesn’t even taste good anymore. Not even the breakfast! How can you ruin the breakfast ?! Last time I got breakfast here the eggs was literally full of brown burnt skin un edible and the bacon was cold and chewy ! Hashbrown was its signature cold covered in grease greatness smh. I ate 2 bites of my breakfast sandwich and had to give it to my dogs and they didn’t even eat it ! The burgers are just HORRIBLE here. Always cold with the soggy bacon with the signature cold fries ! I think after 20 years of giving this location repeat tries in hopes of it changing that they would at least improve a little, but nope I was their recently and the quality hasn’t changed. Do yourself a favor and save some money because this location doesn’t even give you full orders when you order large and its cold. Sometimes edible and sometimes not. Only reason I’ve came here throughout the years because I’m in the area alot and need a quick bite but man this location needs a pick me up ! Not to mention a large combo will almost run you about 13 14$. Just look away from this location. This place puts a bad name on the Jack in the Box franchise.
