I’ve never received a supreme croissant in this condition before ever smashed in a wrapper, every other Jack in the Box puts it in a box like it’s supposed to, to prevent this, this does not look good, and I’m very unhappy with the way they made my sandwich

I’m not sure how to feel about this because I don’t know who to blame. I was doing a pick up order for this location. I asked to use the bathroom while they were making the order. The second I opened the bathroom door it smelled like chemicals, almost like an open bottle of bleach, but I then realized it was definitely drugs. It was almost as if somebody had just walked in the bathroom, smoked amphetamines and just walked out. I immediately got a headache and started feeling dizzy and a little off. I have not been feeling normal all night. I don’t know if I should go to the hospital. I think I’m just gonna wait this out. I googled the possibility of secondhand and I have all of the symptoms. I definitely was not expecting this in my bingo cards. I had to end my shift early. I don’t think I’ll ever do another pick up order from any Jack-in-the-Box matter of fact. Hands down the most traumatizing experience I’ve ever had picking up fast food anywhere ever. I don’t think there’s anything the people who worked here could’ve even done. I honestly feel bad for them because imagine having to use the bathroom while working and getting high. Oh wait, that’s literally what happened to me. I think I’m gonna get a lawyer

I asked if I could use the restroom before I ordered and the employee said the code for the restroom was on the receipt. So I realized I only get app deals through the app after the employee told me there was no way to scan in rewards on the kiosk. So I’m waiting for my order which did come out fairly quick. The employee then told me the code to the restroom after handing me the order. Like I don’t understand why he waited til that moment to give me the code.

Have been going here for awhile now. Today was my last visit. People working there have serious attitude problems. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes, was ignored by stuff, then finally given attitude and told to use the kiosk. Hopefully the kiosks replace all the employees with bad attitudes soon! Ended up leaving and going somewhere else for dinner.

The Young Lady that served me , gave me another refill of Coke zero even after coming back after a couple hours, she said she was not supposed to but cut me a break, I appreciate that type of kindness.

Boba tea… Tea with rocks. Not good, burger was about the worst I have had from Jack in the box… This one isn’t good. They need to inspect their product or something… That tea was nasty. The burger was barely passable.

This store does not abide by their posted hours. I arrived at their drive through on Tuesday evening at 2:45 am. The hours listed online and on their door state they are open until 3 am. I was told that they actually close at 2:30 am. This was frustrating as I wasted my time driving here specifically because they were supposed to be open.

For pick up but the burger is not taste enough I think. The sauce is sour, really sour and their ketchup is too sour too. I dont know why they are not using the popular ketchup like other burgers in town sometimes the sauce is one of the main part of burger
