This Jack in the box is a place of struggle not strength. Its food used to be better, the service used to be better and the cleanliness of it has decreased especially in the bathroom, yes I get it that there’s a certain community that doesn’t respect it but shouldn’t this corporation kick it up a bit, logically speaking if something is dirtier more than usual shouldn’t it be cleaned more often !? I will say this when the manager Dalila is there it’s far better than when she’s not. I do see her being pushed & pulled thin in all directions. Hopefully the corporation can get her some assistant managers to carry some of the weight. Hellooooo Jack in the box !!

First off, just a heads up, they took the popcorn chicken off the menu so if you’re craving some from here, you’ll have to go elsewhere now…Secondly, just be very specific when you’re letting them know what size fries you want. When my girlfriend ordered our food, she ordered medium and large fries. This was the “medium” fries they gave her. I’ll still order something from here again, but not until they get the fries sizes correct!

99% of the time this place has gotten my order correct for the last 20 years , staff is fast and are great at remembering your order if your a regular. Keep up the great work , be polite if they mess your order up they will go above and beyond to make it right.

I can honestly say I have not had any issues at this location. Every time we go our order is always complete, we always double check the bags as they are handed to us to be sure. The staff is always so friendly.
