Food is pretty consistent here as far as Jack in the box’s but the service is horrible during the day time. We waited for over 15 minutes for four basic items. The lady on the speaker took very long to respond as well. 0/10

Idk what the employee’s problem was but he was very rude at 3:30 am after I got off work. All I want is a mozzarella stick. But every Jack in the box I go to has a big problem with it. Terrible service, terrible attitude, just close for the night what’s the point of being 24 hr if you won’t serve a customer.

I ask for a with no dressing, no sauces, only with mustard pls. On the screen it was written, ” no sauces, only add mustard”. I arrive to my house, to find out , the burger had the sauce, mayo and ketchup. If Only they had read the order . I say fire the manager, because he could not train his staff right.

This is the second time in as many months that I arrive to this location on a Sunday morning and other than the maintenance employee hosing the outside, no one is working. Three cars waiting and no one took orders. Lazy and highly lacking in customer service!

The food is usually ok besides getting old fries once in a while and today i got a long hair with my egg rolls. The restaurant is closed most of the night for maintenance from 12am to 5am evrytime I’ve gone after work between those hours there never open. It’s across the street from were I live so I keep trying lol

Rude manager. Very stingy with the condiments. When asked for more they just out right refuse. Even offered to pay for extra and they said no, and closed their druve thru window mid sentence. “For a 3 piece chicken strips is 1 buttermilk” & “Buttermilk is not a condiment for tacos” he stated. Rather go to the other Garfield location by the 60 freeway.
