First visit here to test and I rate this location 5 Stars:
-Facility is modern, clean and bright. You will notice it right away as you walk in. Round tables are big so this is a good place for families with kids.
-Service is friendly, professional and very FAST. Highly efficient and actually smiling Manager and Crew. Very well managed.
-Accuracy is 100%. I ordered sauces, straw, fork and napkins, and they got it 100% correct, unlike McD’s that skim on sauces.
-Food was hot and properly made. Tasty and correct portions. I think Jack has the best chicken sandwiches of all fast food burger brands. Their chickens are bigger and crisper than McD, BK, Carl’s, Sonic, and Wendy’s. I’m not comparing chicken brands like Popeyes and Chick-Fil-A because they r not burger joints. However, I think Jack has better crispy chicken burgers than even the chicken brands in terms of size/portion, taste, crispness and price. Popeyes might be on par with Jack.
-Has a small station/area to get extra ketchup, salsa and tableware, if needed, without having to wait in line. These types of details show this store is run by smart and experienced folks.
-Has fancy soda fountain (Coca-Cola Freestyle) machine that let’s u mix drinks. Personally, I prefer older style fountain drink machine (like at Costco) because it’s faster, more efficient, and less prone to breaking down.
-Free Wi-Fi for guests!
-Plays family friendly 50’s-70’s music although it’s not really my style of music.
-Ample parking spaces.
-Improvement areas: Soda was flat so need to refill CO2 tank. Put little less salt on fries as they were quite salty.
Conclusion: I recommend this location. I’ll make 2 more future visits to test their “consistency”.

The dining experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Guests were welcomed warmly, and seating was arranged quickly. The menu included a wide selection of delicious dishes, each prepared with attention to detail. Food arrived without delay and was both flavorful and visually appealing. I ordered 2 hash browns with my breakfast order and found only 1 in my bag ,i noticed when I got home also soda the size and price are the same. Jack is dishonest with that commercial large sodas and cheaper price. Advice check your bag before driving away. These dudes don’t understand the inconvenience they put you through, not to mention ruining your meal and waste of gas going and explaining their crew up. They don’t offer anything for your inconvenience and time wasted!

Went for breakfast before work got told I’ll be right with you 10 times through the intercom had 5 car behind me wondering what was taking so long . when they did take my order they had attitude and when I grabbed my order the hash brown was stale and hard like it had been fried three times and it almost felt on purpose I will never be coming to this location again it seems like this one is the worst one around . Also hire more people if you can’t take a damn order for drive through.

Usually forget an items on your order and run out of cup holders, so if you are ordering for your family, good luck. Won’t honor complimentary item coupon that the company sends, due to their bad service. Avoid this one. Homeless occasionally nearby.

Round 2. Round 2 again… What are the odds that the soda machine is off? Maybe I shouldn’t even go to this Jack in the box location?? I’m a little upset that the soda machine wasn’t working. Bummer, and I paid for a combo meal. I mean, I didn’t mind everything else. I got my food and a cup. Just no drink for the cup. I’m more upset about the drink machine not having any drinks.

Friendly staff…. Clean, good food… Affordable menu, the food is really good. The dining room area is very clean, the staff very often come out to check the tables and trash. For the most part the staff is friendly. The selection of soda’s is awesome . Large variety of soft drinks.

Great crispy chicken garden salad!!
Another Access Transportstion scheduling error on my part caused me to be stranded at my barber shop: Fantasy Cut
but in this 101-degree weather, I found a cool haven at the Jack-in-the-box next door. I ordered a breakfast combo#1. The sandwich was totally uninviting it was literally just thrown together with a flat wannabe croissant bread. But i soon realized this was not gonna tie me until my ride came. I ordered their green salad with CRISPY chicken and a Dr. Pepper twist soda. The chicken was very, very tasty and crunchy. It brought the salad to another level. The Dr. Jack twist soda was a refreshing surprise. The cashier was very kind, and staff periodically came out and wiped the tabes. I definitely need to come back and try their chicken sandwiches. Thank you for your hospitality

been back time and time again decided to provide feedback on the “noggy or nice BISCOFF SHAKE” can we say brain freeze? I drank that up it so darn delicious and of course the crispy chicken on the SOUTHWEST SALAD is still tasty as ever. JITB was my childhood favorite and had continued to this day. Thanks for staying current

Food is okay but they always get the orders wrong when I go through the drive thru. Ordered double eggs on my breakfast jack and when I got home they had only put 1 egg. Slow down, dont rush, and check your orders before handing it to your customers.
