Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 – Free Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger deal with purchase of $1+. For a free burger, it was good! Tastes of home cooking or what a burger would taste like if you make it yourself so it’s clean but very simple.
Ambiance: 2/5 – here for the speedy service and not for the ambiance. But definitely doesn’t feel welcoming as there is a sign that says something along the lines of no loitering, time limit of 30 minutes while consuming food.
Service: 5/5 – fast food place so very quick service
Value for price: 5/5 – delicious food and very quick service. Worth it with the deal but not sure if I would pay $4 for this burger in the future.

The tacos here are always good. This negative review is for the 35mins I had to wait in line with the other 5 cars today. These guys had no sense of urgency. Never had to wait so long for 2 tacos ever!

It’s Jack’s. This one tries to stay clean and gets your order out pretty quickly. Inside the dining area is pretty small but they do offer free wifi. You will find younger kids here, drunks and people, how shall I say, down on their luck trying to make ends meet. But they haven’t bothered me the times I come here. I lucked out today and got all three, just this visit there were some transients here with a cat that smelled real bad that got loose, then a drunk older man came in from the beach and just a few minutes after that two young kids came in with a rolling boom box. A trifecta!! Your luck may vary. To avoid this just hit the drive thru.

First time stopping by here. Went through drive-through. They were good with timing even though it was during the lunch rush. The food though was over done. Ordered Chicken strips and they were dark and hard. Definitely left in the fryer too long. Its a bit farther from work than other restaurants i frequent so not likely to return to this one again.

Never ever had bad experience with JIB, regardless of location!! I don’t know what it is, but I’ve been a customer since it was a clown speaker as a kid early 1970’s & will continue to enjoy the many different varieties on menu, oh & the ANYTIME breakfast alone deserves 5 stars!!!

Very nice person taking the order in the drive-thru at the Jack-in-the-Box on Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance. She was also very nice when taking my payment. I wish I had notated her name because it’s unusual to get such great service when buying fast food. The food was fresh and tasty too.

Great location. Drive thru is easy to get through with large pick up trucks. Staff is on top of it, food comes out fast. Can’t do better than this long time location.

I had lunch at Jack in the Box for the first time in a long time. I was so hungry. I love their fries. I ordered a hamburger combo. As soon as I took a bite of the burger, it smelled bad and the fries were tasteless. When I asked for a napkin, the employee rudely gave me three napkins. I will never go back.
