The staff act like they pay for the condiments and limit to one. Took 10 minutes to take may order in the driveway through as I sat waiting. The homeless are always begging while in the drive-through. It’s really bad. I’ll never go there again.

Its very different whats in the picture menu, they look big in the picture menu until receiving them in actual hands. Burgers became smaller to the point that i should have ordered kids meal instead. for 2 combos that almost $30 they cant even give free sauces anymore. Jack in the box quality has gotten very worst over the years. I should have gone to in and out instead. Will not ever buy junk in the box again.

Almost never get my sauce that I included on my order. Also, first Jack in the box where I’ve gotten cold tacos straight from the drive through, literally as I’m pulling out of their driveway and munching into one, could. I had to then sit in the drive through cause they had closed inside at 6pm for some reason, and are my other food while I waited without the sauces lol. Kinda bad

I stopped by the Jack in the Box this morning, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish.
First, it took much too long just to place my order. When I finally got to the window, the staff seemed frazzled and disorganized. I ordered the Jumbo Jack, but when I opened the box, the burger was lukewarm and the “jumbo” patty was tiny. The “signature” sauce tasted like plain mayonnaise, and the lettuce was wilted.
To make matters worse, the fries were cold and soggy, and the “large” size was barely enough for a snack. Then, the older Mexican lady at the window wanted to charge me 50 cents per sauce even though I had just ordered 2 meals. The whole meal felt like a lazy, uninspired effort. The only good thing they had going was that there was no line at drive-thru, SURELY a testament to the poor quality of service they have.
Needless to say, I lost my appetite and I wasted my money. I will NOT be back anytime soon. There are FAR better fast food options out there. Jack in the Box needs to step up their game if they want to compete.
P.S. There is a Chic-fil-a right next door. They NEVER disappoint.
