Employees were nice. Place was not so clean. The chairs had abvious hand marks. Some tables were not wiped down others with food/trash left. Plenty of parking. Bathroom available.

Went to this jack Around 1:20am Saturday, February 19. I called 7 times and no one picked up the phone to complain about my rice of bowl when specifically said teriyaki chicken not julienne chicken. To me it tastes different without teriyaki sauce inside. My curly fries were cold!!!!!! Also didn’t get a receipt to provide more info

Worst time to go is at 4am. First of all rude employees with very bad customer service, the employee at the window really needs better training. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and tell me why it has egg shells all in the sandwich,your gonna tell me when your cracking the egg to cook it you dont see egg shells??? I cant believe the employees at this place so incredibly careless serving customers this way. And tiny tacos were stale and not cooked all the way. So disappointed never going back again.

Worst location ever. I went in to buy a drink and to use the bathroom. Immediately noticed how sticky the floors were. They also had refrigerated items just sitting on the counter. It took nearly ten minutes for someone to even come to the front counter to take my order. The bathroom door wouldn’t open and all they would do is say it was stuck instead of grabbing a key to open it. They weren’t busy at all. There was no one there but me and one other person in the drive through.

Service isn’t very good. Stuck waiting to order for a good 10 minutes with no line. Sketchy area too. One of those “we need to buzz you into the restroom” type places. Wouldn’t recommend. Go ten minutes down Firestone and you will find a better Jack in the Box with nicer cashiers.
