Went drive thru around 4:28am on Saturday, technically Sunday already. Cashier gave me the name of KEVIN said he was only accepting CASH. That the drive thru window slammed and damaged the monitor accepting cards and they were in the process of fixing it. I never heard of such thing.

Went yesterday ask for extra hot sauce and I repeated myself three times. This is what I got no sauce any where on my taco not even the little they suppose to put on your taco anyway. So disappointed my lunch was ruined. I only get 30 mins it takes my 20 mins to get there to get my order wrong. Waste of my money.

Employees were nice. Place was not so clean. The chairs had abvious hand marks. Some tables were not wiped down others with food/trash left. Plenty of parking. Bathroom available.

Nicest people serving the yummiest burger. My favourite was veggies so crispy fresh. Never before have I had so much lettuce at no extra charge. Lettuce was so crispy fresh and tomatoes so juicy. The fries were hot and crispy. Curly fries are sinful. Pop machine you get to make your own coke flavour combinations- so cool. Loved everything about this place. So Good!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and order of tacos and they were reheated in the grease. The chicken and tacos were chewy and extremely greasy I can tell it wasnt fresh and they were dipped in the grease to re heat. Not up to Jack in the box standards. Smh.

Worst time to go is at 4am. First of all rude employees with very bad customer service, the employee at the window really needs better training. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and tell me why it has egg shells all in the sandwich,your gonna tell me when your cracking the egg to cook it you dont see egg shells??? I cant believe the employees at this place so incredibly careless serving customers this way. And tiny tacos were stale and not cooked all the way. So disappointed never going back again.

Worst location ever. I went in to buy a drink and to use the bathroom. Immediately noticed how sticky the floors were. They also had refrigerated items just sitting on the counter. It took nearly ten minutes for someone to even come to the front counter to take my order. The bathroom door wouldn’t open and all they would do is say it was stuck instead of grabbing a key to open it. They weren’t busy at all. There was no one there but me and one other person in the drive through.
