I came January 19th at 3pm. I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese, curly fries, and a coke. Total came out to $11 and my food was great. Nice and hot and fresh the way I like it. I was able to wrap around and park and enjoy it in my car. Thanks Jack!

Worst experience at a jack, no one taking orders you have to do a kiosk, drink selection is confusing. And moving extremely slow.

I took a star away because if the price is different at different locations say so in your adverts. I am on a budget this week, but it would not matter if I was not. I wanted some tasty junk food and that is Jack in the Box. I saw the advert for a 5$ meal. Great, I thought. It was $6. Now does the dollar upset me, yes, if I am told 5$ let’s have that. That is my little rant–I am not happy about this though.
Jack in the box is a huge chain and they are all pretty much the same. They have burgers, breakfast sandwiches, tacos, fries and really good shakes. There food is not even close to fine dinning. You do get about what you pay for. If you don’t want fatting food, go elsewhere. I love all of it. They have these tiny tacos that come in a pack that are great. Are they filled with great things, of course not. They are little deep fried tacos with some meat in them and they are lovely.
Their shakes are much better than most fast food places. They even have whipped cream on the top. They are very tasty.
They have a nice selection of burgers and breakfast sandwiches. They even have great root beer.
The service is always nice and the line moves fast. This time we got it through the drive thru and it was speedy.
The area is kept clean and whenever we have been inside to eat it has always been kept super clean.
It is better than McDonald’s and Burger King, that is for sure. Have fun.

I specifically went out of my way to come to this location because it’s listed online as having a Coke freestyle machine and I wanted a specific drink. When I ordered at the kiosk it even said “pick from over 100 soda options.” But after I paid they told me that they only had the basic options and offered no solution other than me just picking a drink I could have gotten anywhere. The building itself also looks pretty rough. Wont be coming back.

This is a great Jack In The Box location, it’s conveniently located on the corner of Washington and Centinela in Mar Vista. Open 24 hours as all Jack In The Box’s are it’s definitely a lifesaver for those late night hunger pains. Parking lot is a decent size but sometimes spots can become scarce depending on time of day. Drive thru service is always quick and easy and probably the preferred choice of most customers. The location itself is normally clean and the staff is always friendly. As of yet in the last 3 years my orders have always been correct and nicely packed.

This place was awful ordered the grimlens bos and they forgot the air freshener also ordered a muchies box and they did put any fries and the rest of our order was skimmed on fries too .

I went to this location with the intention of eating there. The place was empty but every single table was dirty, and the floor. So I asked the guy for something to wipe the table down and he handed me a napkin with some fluid on it and said there wasn’t anything else he could do. I left with my food but now I’m not eating it because it’s cold. If they don’t keep the dining area clean just think about how clean they keep the kitchen. I’m adding a photo of the food I wasted my money on.
