To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to report extremely poor service I received today while picking up an online order. I arrived roughly 4 minutes after the app said my order was ready. From the moment I arrived, no one greeted me or gave clear instructions on how to retrieve my order.
I attempted to get assistance from an employee named Yadira, who was on the phone at the time, but she ignored me. When I asked her how to pick up my order, I was repeatedly bounced between Yadira, another employee, and the drive-thru staff. During this time, I was asked multiple times for my name and to show my mobile order, which felt unnecessary and delayed my food unnecessarily.
The employees accused me of being rude, even though I was simply asking for my food. And refuse to hand me my order until I listen to how Yadira just got there and how I need to understand they are busy . I eventually received my order, but it was incomplete, and I was forced to wait further while they insisted I close the small window due to “anti-theft” procedures.
This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and entirely avoidable. The lack of organization, communication, and professionalism made a simple mobile pickup unnecessarily difficult and stressful, especially in 100-degree heat.
I request that a supervisor not the management to address this issue to ensure that no other customer has to experience such poor service as management was part of it . I would also like to know what actions will be taken regarding the behavior of the staff involved, including Yadira. Because after she left mumbling stuff about me with the employees , how do employees understand that they are employees it’s not your home I’m buying food from. It’s Jack-in-the-Box. You are Jack-in-the-Box. You present Jack-in-the-Box something strong in your mind you can serve such a manner
