The worst customer service ever I stopped by, so my daughter can use the restroom. I approach Victor, which looked like the store manager and asked him if she could use the restroom. He then just stared at me with no response. He nodded his head after I asked again, I went to the restroom. It was locked. He didn’t let me know if he was buzzing me in if I knew if he was coming with the key so that resulted of us had to leave because the communication was very bad. It was not welcoming and he’s rude

We came around 1:20 AM after getting out of the airport. The night crew at this time were fast and efficient! I had very hungry international travelers and they were very satisfied with the food! Love them and wish them all the best!

I went this jack in the box on Thursday 2 am. And it’s supposed to be open. But the speaker for the drive thru is saying sorry we’re close come back another time. There’s a worker inside but no service. I think someone should seriously have a talk with the night shift because this jack in the box is losing business because an employee is to lazy to work at work

It’s everything you would imagine it to be. I haven’t been to this place as a regular since I was a child. I decided to stop by for nostalgia purposes and was quickly reminded why I don’t eat fast food especially from here. I ordered a fajita pita meal and also a Jumbo Jack Jr. The burger was decent, it’s hard to mess up a burger but everything else was disappointing. I ordered a coke but it was basically sparkling water. I didn’t even bother changing it because I figured I didn’t need the sugar anyway. The most offending thing was the pita. I haven’t had one in a while but I remember it coming with salsa which was missing. When I bit into it the pita bread was extremely hard and crunchy in some places. I tried but I couldn’t eat it. I returned to the store and explained the issue. They seemed not surprised and gave me a refund for the pita…. I remember when Mr. James was the manager, things were a lot better back in those days….

The business clearly states that it opens at 5:00 am but the lady in pictures said they don’t open until 5:35 am now gas is high to just be driving all the way over here to be told that their not open. When on website it states otherwise

This is the second time I’ve had an issue at this place & it will not be a third. Corporate, you all need to do something with the people you place as Manager’s that DO NOT know how to run a fast food place. The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE. Your manager Alicia need’s to go back to the drawing board & learn her responsibilities as manager all over again cause this facility is at it’s lowest. TRUST & BELIEVE IT!

Whenever I come here I get the jack burger or the teriyaki chicken bowl with the curly fries. I don’t eat fast food but when I do I come to Jack in the box. For the late night hours snack before I go to sleep. The customer service is also on point. I am looking forward to coming here later on the year.
