My order was all wrong. I order a later night box. My buger had no meat, just a sourdough bread. I call them over 16 times 42hours to talk with a manager. All I got was an answering machine. I took my receipt back through the take out window. To explain what happened to my order. Bad customer service…he wanted the food back and the receipt. Have to get the manager involved to come to window. BAD SERVICE.

I went this jack in the box on Thursday 2 am. And it’s supposed to be open. But the speaker for the drive thru is saying sorry we’re close come back another time. There’s a worker inside but no service. I think someone should seriously have a talk with the night shift because this jack in the box is losing business because an employee is to lazy to work at work

I was grateful to have Jack in the box in their hot meal program using your EBT food stamps because at that time I didn’t have any money and that was the only thing that I had was my EBT card I really truly am grateful that Jack in the box has that type of program instilled in their facility if it wasn’t for them having that program the hot meal program I wasn’t I wouldn’t have been able to eat that day because I didn’t have no money but thank God I had my EBT card for my Hotmail program thank you Jack in the box you were a lifesaver and I love the customer service
