Very bad service i went yestherday to redeem a coupon and also I went to buy th new double chicken munchie meal and I ask no hot sauce on my tacos and they add it Hot Sauce and I went to the counter and ask the guy that took my order that I had requested no hot sauce and they were really rude and ignored me

Bad bad service ! They were rude and when I got my order the tacos were very very cold and the guy tried to call me a liar when I told him that I wanted other tacos cus my tacos were cold . Never coming here again! I rather drive farther to another better jack in the box!

Yulma T is one of the rudest people I have come across. I come to this jack in the box all the time since I work down the street and for the most part the employees are nice. But tonight I had to deal with Yulma and it was a terrible experience.

It has its days but when its bad, its bad….i strongly suggest check your order before you take off from the drive thru. They don’t always get the order right or give overcooked food.

Literally just ordered $30 worth of food in drive thru. Just passing thru LA and we’re not from here. I have my elder mom and we get to the lobby door at 10:01pm. We asked to use the restroom to the Female in grey hoodie said let me see, then walks away and lies that she never said it. The next guy said we were lying. Like why would I! Irritating experience and their food was cold! Won’t use this place anymore. Night crew has a cold attitude and cold food.

Stingy. Mess up order. I order online with specifics. Like extra sauce and ranch. Specially if im ordering stuff jalapenos or something that goes with a sauce.
This location has mess up my order a few times, if I recall when ordering online certain items weren’t available even thoe I already had paid for such. They’re not terrible all that time. I avoided ordering from this location.
