They leave the front unattended to tend to drive thru
They need to be more coordinated and have more staff to cover their 6 when needed .
Yesterday I asked for a garden salad the one with no corn or beans. Got my order and there was the Southwest salad.
The manager was very nonchalant about her mistake.

The diversity of their menu is not so bad. But what I only noticed is the environment, you can’t feel a sense of welcome, most of the crew doesn’t smile. Except the lady who is in charge in one morning breakfast, she knows how to entertain and welcome people, unfortunately I forgot her name, next time I’ll try to list down her name

When I tell you this jack in the box is so baddd I usually always get the spicy popcorn chicken and they always fill it up to the top! In this restaurant they did not and they never charge for extra sauces matter of fact I already payed everything through the app and they still wanted to charge moreee so ridiculous! Never coming back here AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY FORGOT MY FRIESSSSSSS IM SO MAD I HAVE TO DRIVE BACKKKK

For me, Jack In The Box is definitely not a good idea. Almost everything I eat from here causes me to have digestion issues. I much prefer fresh fast food and other options.

Surprisingly the food is pretty good actually really good I don’t know if it was the customer service I received that made it even better lol but nevertheless I’m surprisingly satisfied I got attended with the most pleasant, fast, assertive, uplifting customer service by an employee of the name of Angie Honestly customer service as what Angie demonstrated should be recognized and well, hopefully it does!
