The environment was really sketchy and they do not give refills when you purchase a drink and eat in restaurant. It is hot today I stop here to eat after skating and I chugged the soda that came with my meal and needed more to wash down the food and I am having to completely order and pay for another drink all over again….. Disappointed!!!!!

I swear the food tasted better. I haven’t been to a Jack in the box in almost 20 years. My family was in a town that had one. I was telling them how good it was. Was very disappointed the food was not as good as it used to be.

Every time I come to this Jack-in-the-Box, the restrooms are not in service. I mean Jack In The Box does have a public restroom for its customers, but it seems like they just keep the restrooms closed. Very upsetting when I come to get a meal and I need to use the restroom I have to walk all the way to the hospital just to use the restroom.
