our location 10307 Central Avenue in Los Angeles, Ca 90002 is overcharging Ca;ifornia State tax. I purchased your chicken supreme combo listed in the menu for $6.99. There was no add ons, just the sandwich fries and a drink, and I was charged $1,74 for California State tax which brought my total to $8.54 which would make the tax percentage to be about 17 cents per dollar which is gravely incorrect. The current rate is around 9,74 per dollar in our zip code. Can you explain why this is happening and what do you plan to do to fix this problem?. Not sure the lady that took her order her name is Diana but my cousin got off to order her food will I went though the Drive through to order my food. So when she started to get in the car the drink fall so we asked for a refill and the lady said no refill we even told her what happened so than I said she had 3 cups in her hand why didn’t they give her a cup holder and the lady said well I’m only going to do it this 1 time so next Oh well. Gave this store a second chance after they messed up my order once. Came by to order 2 5 piece spicy tenders with two medium curly fries and ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich. I asked them for them for no ranch and mayo and they assured me that the homestyle doesn’t carry mayo. They asked if I wanted mayo and I said no. Drove up and paid 36 dollars for the whole order. Drove home to see that they gave a plain chicken sandwich WITH mayo. Please check your order before you leave this drive through. I don’t know if they do this on purpose.

I don’t eat anything spicy, and I ordered a Jack Warp without spice and these people put as much spice as possible on it, I went to tell them that and they said no, I ordered it with spice, I told them to check the recording and they didn’t do anything, in the end I lost my money because I’m afraid they’ll give me another one the same or spit it out and they were also laughing before giving me the order

Happy to have Jack in the box a few blocks away. My order is always right and service is always quick. I love that they bag each item order in its individual bag and say that item they are handing to you. This has happened everytime, and I feel it ensures the order is right everytime.
