Great employees! They will get you fed, and be kind doing it. I’ve only had them get one item wrong once, not a huge deal I blame door dash. Probably the best fast food restaurant in elko.

Normally this place is good, today we went there and their food was cold and the tacos looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for over an hour. They were mushy and gross. They didn’t even put the lettuce and tomato on the taco they just gave me a bowl of lettuce with one tomato THAT WAS GREEN, not even sliced. The teriyaki bowl had like no sauce. The chicken sandwich was cold. They forgot my fries and I had to go back and ask for them. They weren’t even busy. This experience was just so bad.

Elko Jack in the box seemed professional at first repeating order twice from 2 different employees the best part, then took 60 minutes to come out and missing a 6 items and 3 items were wrong and when we went in to fix the order the lady acted like we were lying and we when showed the items. After a 17 hour shift working your always better off going to rollerbertos or anywhere else. Tacos were cold double jacks were single and had different buns.

No ice in our drinks, didn’t find out till we got them that the ice machine was down. Food was cold and service very slow for being 2:30 in the afternoon. Disappointing

I had an unfortunate experience with Jack in the Box . My husband and I were visiting from Salt Lake and ordered some food and evidently didn’t get our debit card back. I had looked everywhere, tearing the car apart and the hotel room. I called Jack in the Box to ask if they had my card and the woman on the phone looked and said they didn’t have it. My husband then drove over there and confronted them. They looked again and it was in the register. I think this should have been a top priority for them the first time I called. Advice teach the employees to give the card back

Food was amazing I asked for a half cut tea half sweet half reg was told she couldn’t do that. I was like they did it for me last night. She then told me that she wasn’t there last night and wouldn’t do it for me it was sweet or regular I have always got half cut tea at this location. I pull around to pay for my food and I see the lady that helped me out the night before and I asked her if I could get a half cut just like last night and she said she couldn’t cause her boss said no. I asked if I could get her manager name and then when we got our food the manager came over and said in a rude way you wanted my name I said yes please and she told me I said ok. I have never been treated like this before. What happened to the customer is always right? This location has went down hill I eat at this location a lot after I get off work.

I’m from Utah and we don’t have Jack in the box and I was visiting my mom and wanted to come here and it was literally the worst experience and I now have a terrible idea of this company and the food. I got the sourdough burger and my bread wasn’t even warmed it was like I got the midnight munchies and heated up a leftover hamburger patty and then slapped it on two pieces of bread that I had left out from dinner the night before. My moms chicken sandwich also had two tiny dots of sauce seriously so dry. Disappointing for $20.

Ordered 8 tacos 0e of them not only didn’t have extra lettuce and sauce but they all were broken in half and almost burnt. The meat filling or should I say lack of, was mostly cooked out of the shells and what little lettuce fell out. THE WORST TACOS EVER!! I live 12 miles out of Elko, otherwise I would have gone back and had them made all over. Very!Very! DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
