We came in several people in line only two people were working. They were taking care of the drive thru. We stood there for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to come take the order. One person was waiting for their food. An associate came in clock in. Tried to figure out what was going on. Finally found the keys, no manager he got upset was cursing under his breath but it was loud enough I heard it. He finally was helping the first in line. The manager came in carrying a till tray. Didn’t apologize or say anything. She was messing around with the tills so we left. This is the first time we’ve gone in.

It was really sad for me since this is one of my favorite places to eat . It had been so long since I’ve been to one since I live in Utah. I used to work at a jack-in-the-box when I lived in Hawaii and I remember we would never use any ingredients that worked quite ripe or at top quality. My sandwich yesterday and my jumbo Jack had a very unripened my chicken strips we’re so dark and crispy and you could tell the oil hadn’t been changed. All-in-all was not happy since we were driving on a 12-hour trip and we were really looking forward to coming to a Jack in the box.

Ordered a home style chicken ranch it was horrible. I couldn’t bite the chicken completely dried out or something. Eat at your own risk, I hear it’s it or miss and they missed. The service was good very polite.

Food is good as always, but I don’t like the super limited menu. I lived in San Diego for 18 years right next to one and when i came to this one it seems like they only have half of the menu. They cut a lot of my favorites like the Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl & munchie meals.

Paid $34.45 for a #1 combo & #7 combo with a side of 3 egg rolls. Got home only to find that both sandwiches only had crumbled bacon pieces. Not stipes of bacon.. your charging that much freaking money and you can’t even put on stripes of bacon. What a rip off. Never, I mean never be back there again. If your gouge me at least provide what the hell we’re paying for…

Unacceptable! While traveling we pulled off the freeway to grab lunch at the drive through. After several minutes we were told to pull around front and it should be about 3 minutes. The tiny parking area was full of other people waiting for their food. We sat for 15 minutes and watched 5 other people get tired of waiting and go inside to find their food. At about 20 min they came out with what I’m pretty sure was our very large order, and gave it to another car. A few minutes later, they got out, took it back inside and came out with a small sack, their correct order. At 30 min we finally went inside to find our food. Inside was chaos. Plenty of workers, but absolute chaos. Every order was wrong. They we’re swamped with refunding, switching wrong food, finding missing food, wrong drinks, etc. In the end we lost 45 min of travel and got a refund because they couldn’t find our food.
