I’ve already given up on the new protein bowls. On two different days at the drive-thru I ordered teriyaki, brown rice, crispy chicken. First time I got fajita (not teriyaki), white rice (not brown) and NO chicken. Today I got teriyaki (yay!), white rice (not brown)and grilled chicken (not crispy) in their typical teriyaki rice bowl that is NOT the advertised protein bowl. Really???? And the receipts show exactly what I ordered…not what I got.

Went through the drive thru and the cashier dropped all my change today on the ground there was a whole line of car behind me I couldn’t even get out to gather my change this morning. Didn’t even offer to continue to reimburse my change lost almost $2.00 in change thanks to him. Very rude and no polite at all. So hope you enjoy your drawer shortage. Very rude as hell this morning.

Sorry, I had to change my review. I guess they’ve changed their service. I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes as the lady stood at the drive through window and took order after order. I watched cars driving up to the drive through while I waited. She looked at me multiple times, without a word or acknowledgement. I finally walked out. 10/31/25.

Just stopped in to the Jack in the Box on Retail Way. I guess they changed their name to McDonald’s or Taco Bell or Walmart without notice. They have nothing to offer in the way of “dine in” hospitality anymore. Self serve ordering? Does it mean self serve making of my own food as well? Damn shame. Another location I will cross off my list to boycott.

Horrible service and food quality!! Did not order regular fries. I ordered CURLY FRIES! This is what I got…only 3 curly fries, and none of them were fresh. Ordered a Chicken Cluck Sandwich, as pictured in drive thru, and it looked nothing like what they gave us! We got home with NOTHING we wanted. We will not visit this Jack”ed” location again.

So disappointed.. my tacos were cold, I ordered the classic wedges and they skimped hella hard, and didn’t even put a fork in the bag. I ordered a medium Dr Pepper and it was all ice gone in 3 sips. Horrible experience. Such a bummer because I love jack n the box

It’s 10pm, your drive thru closes at 11pm or 12am from my past experience. It’s very unprofessional to keep all your buildings lights ‘ON’ confusing the customers. Not acceptable, people do eat late night such as wanting your munchies meal, and you can’t serve us at 10pm? It’s safe to say these youngsters this generation are afraid to work past 10pm due to their hot date at home I guess.
