I’m tired of fast food places constantly getting orders wrong or leaving out ingredients. I ordered and paid for sauced and loaded tiny tacos, and received plain, dry tacos instead. Nobody orders “sauced and loaded” to get plain food.
What made this worse: my husband went back to correct the order and was told they couldn’t make them sauced and loaded — yet no one bothered to inform us or offer a refund when the order was placed. Instead, they just gave us the wrong item and hoped we wouldn’t say anything.
Customers should not have to dig through their bags to verify accuracy, especially with prices continuing to rise. When calling the store to resolve this, no one answered the phone.
If you’re out of an item, communicate that instead of giving customers something they didn’t order or pay for. This is basic service.

Friendly staff and clean environment. No changing table in the bathroom. The power went out during the visit and the staff remained courteous. Just grab some tacos and curly fries and that’s all you need. Hadn’t had any in a few years since moving to the East coast from California and the tacos are still doing their thing.

Great food, and friendly staff. Always has specials that is a value for the price. Everything cooked fresh, made to order and you have options without the secret menus. Service is fast and friendly. It has a drink dispensor that you can mix many different flavors. 1 menu item for $11 you get a main menu item Dbl cheese, Chicken sandwich – choice of 2 items – fries, onion rings, 2 tacos of chicken nugs and a drink! FOR $11!!! You wont be hungry lol I recommend this Jack in the Box!

It is so frustrating to get terrible texture and taste.
The Grande Sausage Burrito has always been good though.
The burgers are not as good as most Jack In The Box locations, 2.5/5, usually they are 3.5/5 on average from all the locations I’ve been to.
Usually the staff is reasonably nice and provides good service.

I had ordered threw the app and got my food everything seemed correct, i got home and started to eat when i opened my chicken bowl to discover they didn’t put rice in my bowl, just chicken and sauce. I couldn’t believe it. I’m so upset. Will probably never go again.

Ordered on door dash, and waited for over an hour and had to order the food twice because the first order “they don’t have it” .What I’m guessing actually happened is they gave it to the wrong person and didn’t want to remake it, and even after ordering it again is still took another 20 minutes of the dasher waiting at the store for the food to be ready. This isn’t even the first time I’ve had a bad experience there. This location is a joke

!!DON’T RECOMMEND!! !!IF DANIA IS WORKING, RUN!! My husband and I come here almost every night, between 12 and 2 except for our 2 days off of work. We are only treated with respect and professionalism when it’s Melissa, I believe her name is. She always takes care of us and makes everything right. Also the young male manager at night has been nothing but awesome. He always gets our orders spot on and he always double checks to make sure we are taken care of and satisfied. Its only because of these employees we continue to come. Now the other female supposed manager Dania at night is horrible and I will just drive on past for now on if I see her. Example, on March 6, 2026 at 11pm I ask for and pay for added bacon on my combo meal and of course I get no bacon. She tried double charging for the bacon I didn’t get. I corrected her and still got no bacon. The food was just sloppy. You could tell there was no customer care put into that at all. It was a simple order too. The supposed manager lady couldn’t even be bothered to talk to or even look at us. She just sat there with this dumb look on her face. I was then told by other employees, and the male manager the next night that she did it on purpose. This isn’t the first time we had an issue with her either. She is rude and careless and definitely does not deserve the position she has. Her attitude makes her so foul and disgusting. I wouldn’t hire her at my job that’s for sure. The other girl that gave me my food was awesome though. She is always very professional and caring. She even apologized for the other ones rude behavior. Its only because of the kindness from other employees that we continue to go here.

Weird trip to our regular Jack in the Box. Front door closed. Had to go in side due to wind. Once my order was right, food was good. Normal server had a bad day. Store was clean.
