Chicken strips are false advertisement. They arent even big enough to qualify as chicken fingers. All 5 strips from this order fit into a small fry container and are too hard to eat. Not crunchy but hard. Just like the curly fries on almost every order. Hard and inedible. Over 50% of each ‘strip’ is overcooked breading. Employees dont seem to have any structure to their duties and certainly dont care about any form of quality in the food or its preparation. This place has become an absolute dissapointment.

Worse experience ever. Went thru drive-thru and placed my order. Received my order. Pulled aside to get my egg roll out of bag only to discover it’s not there. Parked, went inside and told the two workers it wasn’t in the bag. They swore up & down it was. I got the bag & showed her but she wasn’t interested. Just made the comment, “I’ll make another one this time, but next time no.” That is no way to speak to a customer. I would never go inside and state i didn’t receive my food & then discover it in the bag. I’m an honest person.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Unlike In-n-Out Burger, this place is a disaster ! When we walked in, not one person acknowledged us. We had no idea we had to use the kiosk to order. Our 1st and LAST time here. The employees were as rude as I have ever had in a restaurant. We waited 19 min for our food. It was wrong. When we said something, we were treated horribly. They were talking to each other in Spanish and I’m sure it wasn’t good and about us because everyone looked at us. They threw the bags on the counter and walked away. No thank you. Nothing. What a huge disappointment. The food was absolutely horrible. Threw half of it away. I was sick the whole night. The price…$76 for 4 people. For burgers and fries and horrible customer service. I will NEVER eat here again.

Made my way to JIB this morning for breakfast, and let me tell you—the banana French toast sticks are next level! I’m officially hooked and really hoping they stick around. Just a little side note: I only ended up at JIB because I drove through Mickey D’s across the street and just… sat there. No one took my order, so I left and ended up with a way better breakfast! Big shoutout to Jack in the Box for saving my morning. You’re the real MVP!
Old 1 star review from 2 years ago: Ordered the new double cheesy jack. The meat patties look like they cut a single patty in half to make it “double”. The bacon bits are very chewy little goo monsters that do not add a taste of bacon, in the least. Needless to say it doesn’t look as advertised (it’s a mess) and of course, since the bacon cheese adds no addition flavor, it tastes like bread and imitation cheese. I will not order again.

I ordered through doordash and 2 out of three of us ordered teriyaki bowls. My dasher called me when he got there and informed me that they did not have teriyaki bowls. (Not certain why they would have something available on their menu that they didn’t physically have, but I guess that is a precursor for the customer service that was provided.) I asked to be able to swap for chicken tenders and the manager told my dasher that it was not possible and I would have to contact doordash for a refund. At that point, I was going to get one meal for 3 people so I canceled my order. Then I spent 30 minutes with doordash figuring out the refund. I am not sure why the manager would not have allowed us to substitute for chicken tenders when it would have actually costed less. This experience has led me to never want to spend money at any Jack in the Box. What poor customer service they have. The owner should be ashamed. Do not go to Jack in the Box if you expect to have gmdecent customer service.

I ordered online and waited like 5 mins before I even came thru the drive thru and they still told me to park around front. Why does this happen every time I come here? What is even the point of ordering in advance if I’m still being told to wait? There was even someone else in front of me that caused me to wait and they could have made the food and still didn’t.

Rather a sad day when I go in and order and hear from someone else that they have been waiting over 10 minutes because the staff didn’t know how to make his order even though it was a menu item. After our I don’t know 15 minute wate for our order I noticed our shakes weren’t even mixed. I think the shakes would be one of the simplest things to make.

We never get what we order, the workers are LAZY and don’t do anything right and refused to replace our order they said we had to GO there, no we ordered delivery cause we are disabled and can’t drive, my dad was trying to do something nice for us and now he’s having a fit I have to now deal with cause he couldn’t even eat the burger cause it was stale and hard!! What the heck is wrong with these people!?
