Good burger. Fries were cold. Soda had no ice and was warm. It was 100 degrees outside. Incorrect order made the visit less than ideal.

Rather a sad day when I go in and order and hear from someone else that they have been waiting over 10 minutes because the staff didn’t know how to make his order even though it was a menu item. After our I don’t know 15 minute wate for our order I noticed our shakes weren’t even mixed. I think the shakes would be one of the simplest things to make.

Ordered the new double cheesy jack. The meat patties look like they cut a single patty in half to make it “double”. The bacon bits are very chewy little goo monsters that do not add a taste of bacon, in the least. Needless to say it doesn’t look as advertised (it’s a mess) and of course, since the bacon cheese adds no addition flavor, it tastes like bread and imitation cheese. I will not order again.

Incompetent younger generations nowadays has no common sense and work ethic. I now see why people give the worker attitude and even get food thrown back at them. Who TF put 5 pieces of shredded lettuce in a taco. If you’re that incompetent to that then I bet you’re even more incompetent in life. These younger generations deserve minimum wages in the year 2000.

The grilled chicken breast salad that I ordered was horrible, no cucumbers wait 1 paper thin half of slice, way too much hard white lettuce chunks, tins of carrots which I told them I didn’t want, qnd then the grilled chicken slices were frozen so I won’t be ordering that again IF I go back.

Tacos tasted like they were soaked in grease for weeks. Teriyaki bowl must’ve been heated up in Hades, way too hot to eat And not that great. Burger was soggy. Have ate at better Jack in the box
