When my eleven year son order the Sourdough Breakfast Jack the other morning, the picture on the menu looked so delicious. So we ordered it, they gave it to us and we left for school. I dropped him off at school and I left. Then I got a text from my son with a picture, and he was asking me, (WHAT IS THIS? IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE.) He said that he really didn’t want to eat it anymore but he took a bite anyway, then after that bite he said that he decided not to eat it. Besides the fact that it didn’t look appetizing it was JUST DRY. So he just tossed it into the garbage. VERY DISAPPOINTING, THANKS JACK IN THE BOX.

I ordered a protein wrap and it was completely drowned in the sauce. I couldnt even taste anything but sauce. It was completely inedible. Poorly made. And how does one make something like this and actually think that “yeah i would eat this”. “This is good”. Should check the employees performance and knowledge when it comes to putting food together. Im staying away from other Jack in the box locations because of this horrible outcome.

I went to this location and I realized that they brought back the chicken supreme sandwiches so of course I order one. When I got home, bread was hard. The sandwich was cold so I called the store spoke with the suppose to be manager and informed her of my dissatisfaction and what can she do to compensate me with her dry attitude, stated that they’ve been busy and the buns came in hard and that I can come back ( like I has nothing else to do) no apology and that’s all she can do for me. I asked for her name she refuse to give it to me, said she couldn’t do that!!!!!! which is unheard of ….
I would never go back to this place again SERVICE suck. The food suck and I just want to share the story.

Drive thru and lobby were dead on a Friday evening at 6pm, that shouldve been the first sign to leave. The guy working the drive thru Ryan, was short tempered and smart mouthed. After he didnt like being corrected he thought he was being slick by totaling out our order before we were done and giving no receipt. This made it so he could add or remove whatever items we ordered. This attempt to sabotage customer orders because customers expect him to provide decent customer service makes management look stupid and too inept to spot this dirty trick. I would never recommend this restaurant. The only reason we physically went instead of ordering mobile delivery is because EVERY time we’ve ever ordered thru doordash or postmates they never include sauces and everyone knows their sauces make their food. All in all, if you dont want to deal with an angry incompetent staff that cant even do a very basic job correctly then dont go here. I guarantee your order will be messed up.

I arrived at the location on Ft. Apache and Tropicana Ave. in Las Vegas, NV at about 7:20am on 9/25/23. I saw that they had new promotional sandwich called the “Stacked Croissant”,so I ordered the combo which is described on the website as “A warm buttery croissant stacked with melty American cheese, grilled ham, grilled sausage & freshly cracked eggs, plus hot coffee & a hash brown. I also ordered a “Basic Witch Shake (pumpkin spice OREO® COOKIE shake).
As I approached the drive thru window, there was a man standing at the window buying food without a car. After about 5 minutes, his transaction was over and I pulled forward to the window. The drive-thru cashier took my debit card and accepted payment for my order. Another employee shoves a bag in my car window and I look inside the bag. There is a box containing the sandwich and and a cold hash brown.
I looked inside the box and there was a cold sandwich with meat and cheese only. Neither of the two eggs was included on the sandwich and the cheese was nowhere near melted on the sandwich itself. The cheese appeared to be from the refrigerator and placed on the sandwich as an afterthought.
I sat at the window waiting for my coffee and my shake. I asked the cashier about my missing items. He told me they were out of the shake mix and that I had to pull around to the front of the store and wait in the parking lot.
After waiting for about 10 minutes, I got out of my car and attempted to go inside to inquire about my order and to get a refund since the sandwich wasn’t what was promised to me when I ordered. Despite there being a sign on the door saying that they lobby opens at 6:00am, the doors were locked and the lobby appeared to be closed. I went back to my car and waited another 5 minutes. I went back to the door and started knocking. After another 2 minutes, the manager came with my shake. I described my frustrations to her as she stood with a blank stare on her face.
I had already been at the restaurant for over 20 minutes. I was on my way to work, so I didn’t have time to wait any longer for my order to be corrected. I still did not receive the coffee that came with my combo. This is a disappointment. I visit Jack in the Box several times a week. I will think twice before returning to Jack in the Box, especially this location.

I ordered my 3 year old a 4 piece nugget combo, they gave us jalapeño poppers instead. Like how??? This location never seems to get my order correct, so frustrating.

I ordered here on JULY 4TH, AT AROUND 1:50 AM and they completely messed up my order. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and they gave me NO CHICKEN and NO CHEESE and I received my order by around 2:20 am. My delivery driver was perfectly fine and my order was sealed. They ONLY GAVE ME BREAD AND COLD FRIES. If I am ordering a spicy Jack’s chicken with cheese why would you think I DONT want chicken or cheese in my sandwich? Did you not feel idiotic making this order and wrapping up the cold food with no meat in it? They haven’t updated my receipt or given me a refund or any sort of acknowledgement to this mix up. All the stuff I did get was cold and stale, the only thing worthwhile was my drink but I HOPE they can get that right.

My go to JITB. My experience with their drive thru has been nothing short of perfect. I cant recall a time they have made a major mistake that I had to circle back. Overall, the consistency has been astounding, including if you order in the middle of the night. Last but certainly not least, the drive thru time is quick.

The woman who gave the Grubhub driver my food, left out two drinks and refused to give him the rest of my order.. The driver told me that the Jack In The Box woman wasn’t having it. Whatever that means. She also put ice in my drink. My chocolate milkshake was 1/3 whipped cream with just a small amount of chocolate. It looked like a vanilla/chocolate swirl with no cherry on top. So basically, the female Jack In The Box worker, did what ever the heck she wanted to! Absolutely, ZERO stars.
