Well, I was looking forward to my first experience with eating in at Jack in The box. I don’t think I’ve ever had a meal there before, but when I went to use the bathroom and seen how neglected it was as far as cleanliness, then I went to the counter and seen some neglect there on cleanliness, I decided to pass. Pass. A dirty restaurant is a gateway to getting food poisoning.

Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger on sourdough—this location does it the best, trust me. I’ve been to pretty much every Jack in the Box in the city. Came through on a Sunday around 3pm when I didn’t feel like cooking, and they made the burger perfectly. Customer service was above and beyond, especially the drive-through cashier. Awesome experience, this is the location I’ll be going to from now on.

really did not like this jack in box last year I had a few bad experiences. I went sat got a ultimate cheese burger It was the best burger I have had in a long time so I went back sun morning at like 2am and this burger was even better plus they were open 24hrs ! Gotta say I deleted my bad review before! The cooks and people you have now id give them a raise! Thank you for hiring folks that care about good food …..

Worst jack in the box location. Tried using their kiosk but it kept canceling my payment. So I had no other option than to pay cash. Tried paying with cash and the manager working on 12/29/25 was super rude. As I was placing my order she was berating and getting upset with the employee when he tried asking a question to help me with my order. And then when she realized I was going to pay cash she seemed to get more upset and said to the employee very rudely “well she’s gonna have to wait” I can completely understand workers being stressed and overwhelmed with orders but I haven’t experienced a manager being the one to be so upset and be so rude when it comes to a customer. Because of her rudeness with the employee and because she seemed so annoyed that I was going to pay cash I told the employee that to cancel my order and I left. I just hope she realized that she was being so rude not just to a customer but also her employee in front of customers.

Stopped by on my home from work. Got one of the $5 combo specials with a breakfast croissant, fries, hash brown and a sweet tea. Also got 2 sausage croissants for $5 as well. Everything was good and the online order was ready quickly. A+croissant

The cook never pays attention to the orders. I order without cheese about 60% of the time they get it wrong. The manager actually got pissed off with me. For some reason I can’t order from the other nearby locations. (St Rose or Blue Diamond). They also don’t answer the phone.

Just ordered breakfast sandwich jacks and they have a slice of ham instead of sausage so I’m missing half of the food that I ordered

Update. Stupid review process doesn’t let me add a second review so I can only add it to this one, there’s a long line at the drive-thru and I parked my car to go into the lobby to hopefully save some time but the front doors are locked, there’s no sign there’s no orange cones to make me understand that the lobby is closed so I have to get back into the drive-thru line and then three cars are ahead of me. Updating this to one stars for every category

Update 22 sept, I’m late for work and I ordered three sausage breakfast jacks and one ham but I got three ham and one sausage but I’m already 15 minutes late for work and they gave me the wrong damn food.

This location is awful for delivery services. They refuse to answer their phone and blatantly ignore notes on orders. Whoever the general and district managers are for this store are doing an absolutely horrible job.
