We rarely go to Jack in the box. We want to try the smashed Jack. It’s really good. I’d say it’s just like the shake shack burger. Double smashed Pattie’s with bacon and grilled onion that shake shack doesn’t have. I’d definitely order again. The restaurant is very clean. Employees are constantly cleaning. The young guy at the counter is very patient and friendly. The other employees are also very pleasant.

I’ve been here less than often but more than not. Its one of the few jack in the boxes open after midnight. I ordered a bacon double smash jack combo at 2am and the burger was.. not correct. I get it was late but they weren’t busy. I was disappointed to see it after the 20minute drive home. Enough to post it here.

Went through drive thru and the cashier Ricardo was amazing! He was very friendly and helpful with our order. He was patient and polite to us and helpful definitely needs a raise!

Andrew and Manny are the best they made everything fresh for us which was 4 tacos and 2 curly fries and one regular it was absolutely delicious the fries here are stacked look at that and the tacos are sauced up lioe crazy that was the best taco we’ve ever had at jack in the box and we’ve had many definitely one of the best jack in the boxes i’ve ever been to so if you’re in the neighborhood, come see andrew and manny, they will treat you like family 10/10 service

Night Shift employees were so rude! Mimicking my order back to me, burnt my tacos & tenders then provided wrong drink orders… when I pulled up to the window they tried up charging me from the amount I seen on the screen seconds prior. The total was $33 but was told $45? 10 seconds later … which seems shady!! Not funny at all.. cashier was just laughing

Went in the drive through made our order and paid and told to pull in one of the parking we waited over 25 minutes and still nobody came out with our order so I went in and got it and it still wasn’t ready. I’m not knocking anyone but I use to work in fast food we never had any issues like this but what do you expect from Jack in the crack.

Jack in the Box is an absolute gem! I can’t get enough of their tacos—every time I visit, they are a must-have. They’re just so much fun to eat! While I enjoy their other menu items, the tacos truly steal the show. And if you haven’t tried their Spicy Chicken Sandwich yet, you’re missing out on a game-changer! Check your receipt! When I told the lady about the discrepancy from the menu to the receipt, I was told to have a blessed day & the window closed. So I drove back through to snap a pic of it for my review. It’s only $0.20, but if you’re feeding a family of 4, that $0.20 per item adds up real quick. UPDATE YOUR DRIVE THRU MENU PRICES!
