I go to this jack in the box occasionally for a late night treat. Tonight I went and there’s a storm happening so the wind is pretty bad. The guy working the drive through put one of my bags on the counter near the drive through window and the wind unfortunately blew it onto the ground. He came back from grabbing the rest of my stuff and picked the bag up and went to hand it to me. I laughed and was like broooo that was on the floor no way. I was laughing and smiling, trying to be friendly about it. He was like yeah but the food was in the bag. I was like yeah bro and that bag was on the floor, still laughing. Hes like okay fine and walks away. I say sorry dude. Normally id be chill but it was on the floor. Still smiling and laughing. He just tells me to wait at the front. I say sure and wait at the front for a couple minutes. He comes out, wont make eye contact and hands me my stuff. I smile and say thanks dude I really appreciate it. He just ignores me and goes inside. So gross trying to hand me a bag of food that was on the floor of a fast food restaurant for a solid minute, then the dude wants to get an attitude with me when im being nice as can be and trying to ease the tension?

This used to be one of the fastest jack in the box drive thrus late at night. Now, after a handful of different occasions hoping maybe last time was a fluke or the new night crew were in training, the wait has near tripled. I live in walking distance of this place. I used to come here for a quick bite, order, and be back home in under 5-15 minutes even with a line, Now, it takes at least 25-35 minutes..

The 99 cent tacos are really good ! You can get enough food to be full without spending $20! I recommend their mushroom burgers they are exquisite! Whenever your hungry but don’t have a lot of money to spend then don’t look anywhere further. Jack in the box hits the spot ! Highly recommended by all locals.

I was going to have the crispy chicken sandwich since it is the best thing nutritionally for me that I like there.. They had a new a new barbecue Crispy chicken sandwich and I thought I would try it. 1st thing I noticed is that it is really big.. The chicken was hanging outside the sandwich and the Is onion rings made it very tall. It made a great 1st impression. The taste however was quite lacking.There was a little barbecue sauce spread on one of the buns and the sandwich was very dry.. If I order it again, which I don’t think I’ll do, I would get it with extra Mayonnaise.

Stopped to dine in for breakfast. None of the locations have pancakes anymore which is lame but I did try the waffle sticks which are a definite upgrade to the French toast sticks. Service was good and place was clean

Placed a mobile order using a mobile app exclusive deal. Arrived at the location only for the manager on duty to tell me the deal was too cheap and they weren’t going to honor it because I wasn’t paying in store prices. I walked away without ever receiving food. I wasted my time, gas, and patience coming here. Went to Roberto’s Taco Shop next door instead. Incompetence is unreal here. Either get your staff trained or don’t offer mobile deals. I’m not trying to argue at 8am on a Sunday.
Ps This is by far the most ridiculous fast food experience I have ever encountered and while I normally don’t do google reviews, this manager’s action left me compelled to say something. This is completely unnecessary. Is the manager responsible for nationwide mobile deals? She should be with that shutdown.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Jack in the box ( Nevada, California, Florida, Illinois) the lady who took our order got confused when I said 2 Jr jumbo Jack’s with no onion and another Jr jumbo jack with cheese. After being passed to 3 other people the last lady said she understood what we had said. We also ordered 2 drinks which we only got one and they acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us the other one we ordered ( we do not need handouts, or try to scam for food… we come with money ) When we were at the pick up window I asked for extra napkins and ketchup. Then another person is handed the headset right in front of us and this person asks if we can pull up front and wait for the food. So we do this and have not argued or been rude at all. Finally someone brings out our food and the order which was very simple was completely wrong almost as if they purposefully did it all opposite because honestly how hard is it to get 5 items correct?? The burgers that were to be no onion were plain with extra ketchup all over them, all over the outside if the buns, the one with cheese was also no onion ♂️ ♂️ ♂️. They never even asked what the 2nd drink was to be so they just assumed make it another orange soda… I dont like soda. So to put this all in a short few words… this jack in the box at 2365 windmill in Las Vegas Nv is run terribly. Too many people working in the store for it to be only drive thru service, the girls are all either high on drugs or just that burnt out. Will not EVER be returning there. Food was a mess, no napkins. I woukd give -1 if possible

literally grossed out. waited inside dining room for my pick up order…. THE LADY WORKING THE KITCHEN DROPPED A PIECE OF CHICKEN ON THE FLOOR AND THEN PUT IT BACK INTO THE FOOD AREA. EXCUSE ME?? i don’t even want my food at this point anymore.
