VISITED DRIVE THRU AROUND 1230PM. NO ONE IN DRIVE THRU. WAS ASKED TO PULL AROUND FRONT TO WAIT. ORDERED CHICKEN SUPREME MUNCHIE MEAL. PRESENTATION OF SANDWHICH WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT MY BREAD WAS HARD AND FRIES WERE NOT HOT. HAVING TO PARK, I WOULD EXPECT HOT AND FRESH. THE ICE WAS MELTED IN MY FRESH BREWED ICE TEA WHEN I RECEIVED. Friday evening around 5:30pm, so busy in drive-thru. Was not sure what I wanted to order, parked, and went inside. I was greeted right away and a associate told me to just let him know when ready 2 order, awesome! Bit of a wait but the food and shake fresh!

January 4th 2026 Juan was the manager and he was snappy and mean, not helpful I called corporate on him to give him more training..don’t go here if you want to enjoy your day ..there’s another Jack in the box 2 miles down Wendy works there ..she admits Juan is a grumpy man! With food that cheap and greasy at least the customer service should good..but it wasnt!

WORST Fast Food location I’ve been to in a long time .. I’m the only one in the front area & I end up waiting 3-4 minutes for someone to take my order .. the inside is filthy/ the outside is disgusting
I tried to order tacos’ (only to be told they didn’t have tacos).. I’m sorry isn’t that what Jack in the box is famous for?? It’s okay I have a choice of super gigantic tacos or a bunch of little baby tacos..

Very rude and slow service. The drive-thru is advertised as 24/7, but I was told they close at 4am even though I ordered before that. I had a card issue and the employee told me to drive around. When I came back, I was told the drawer was closed and they couldn’t take my order. Extremely poor customer service and a huge waste of time.
