TERRIBLE! We waited 15 minutes in the lobby without so much as being greeted. When someone finally came up and asked for our order, I said my nephews were going to order but I needed to use the restroom first. She told me that the men’s room was broken and couldn’t be used. I asked if I could please use the women’s and she said that men couldn’t use that one. I’m a little concerned about the sanitary conditions given the Man working behind the counter could not use the restroom and even wash his hands. Even worse he was not using food prep gloves. I told her that I will not spend money anywhere that does allow me to use a restroom to wash my hands or otherwise. She didn’t seem to care. Don’t eat here.

Is so sad that people are not greatful to have a job now a days, I was reading the reviews and nothing has changed, you go in and no one acknowledges or say anything. At least something like we will be right with you, nope nothing. I usually go here to get lunch because its close by but not anymore. Good luck and God bless the employees..

I was asked to park after placing my order at the drive-thru, even though there were no cars behind me. When I asked if I could just wait at the window, the employee explained they were being timed and suggested I reverse to trick the sensor.
This seems like a workaround to manipulate service time metrics rather than actually improving service. It doesn’t benefit the customer, and honestly, it feels a bit dishonest. I don’t blame the employee—they were just following policy—but the system itself needs to be rethought.
