Came to this jack in the box. Right now is 2:50am. After waiting for a few minutes at the drive-through with no response, I decided to go to the fraud and I found out that the person was just laying down sleeping. Another customer came in and we were just screaming loud to see if he could hear us. He didn’t wake up. We made sure that he was OK because he was breathing. After a few minutes that I went across the street to McDonald’s I saw that he woke up. It is very unfortunate and unprofessional even if you’re on your break. Not only that, but a couple of prior time around this time I came in and he gave an excuse of system down not to take orders. This guy is leaving a bad reputation to your franchise

Everytime I go here I am missing items from my order this last time specifically I was missing half of my order. 2 drinks 2 burgers and 2 fries were missing. Customer Service is terrible they do nothing to make up for it. They will give you the missing food but after driving home and back to the restaurant at this point I feel you owe me a completely re-made order being it was your mistake and now all the food I did get is cold. Even the missing items I was finally given burger meat was cold buns were wet or something and dripping water. Why is everything cold. Always disappointed here. We are done with this location tired of everytime I order something have to drive back because multiple items missing . It is literally happening everytime I order anything here. Today was the day I am decided I will never go here again any location but here. Cant even make sure the food is at temp is a health danger as well how long has the patties been sitting there cold n wet before slapped on my burger.

Rude & discourteous young male Latino cashier. We redeemed 2 Jack in Box coupons for 2 Jr. Jumbo Jack combos. We asked to redeem 2 more separate coupons that read “buy any entree, get 2 tacos for free.” Argumentative cashier said, “the computer won’t take these extra coupons.” I told the cashier this is false advertising. We’ve had a bad experience with this same uncooperative cashier in the past. We’ve decided to 100% boycott this Jack in Box indefinitely. Food is below-marginal quality. We get the Jack in Box coupons come in our mail, and there a full sheet of coupons. But this Jack in Box likes to refuse the coupons. I’m also reporting this Jack in Box to Nevada Consumer Affairs & let 2 representatives visit this Jack in Box & issue citations for consumer fraud & false advertising. DELIBERATELY BOYCOTT JACK IN BOX at 4866 S. Maryland Pkwy @ E Tropicana Ave.

I received some coupons in a mailer for Hack in the Box. I used the one for two big cluckers and two small fries. I got the food to go. When I got home the way had given me only one clucker and the second sandwich was only their less expensive chicken patty sandwich. I thought it was a good deal when I purchased it. Instead, this location is saving money by lying to their customers. I’ll never go back.

We went through the drive through, I live five minutes away. Got home, our food is cold, not even luke warm. I called the store, I explained the food is cold and I wasn’t given a receipt, they HUNG UP on me. I called back just in case it was an accident , they said nothing. I said, that’s okay. I’ll call a manager tomorrow morning and they started to reply and then hung up I rarely go out to eat anymore, so very disappointed and unsatisfied.

This Jack in the Box in Las Vegas has good food. I ordered tacos, a sausage egg and cheese breakfast croissant, curly fries and Strawberry Fanta. It was delicious. Service was great.

So my chicken fajita pita had zero grilled onions hardly any cheese and the second half of the pita outside of the Pita instead of inside. And my egg rolls are overcooked I asked for extra cherries on my cookies and cream shake and got no cherries. For the amount of money people are getting paid to work in fast food nowadays it is not that hard to get a freaking order right are you kidding me. I will never go to this location again
