the employees served me an old cluck that was sitting in the fryer or warmer because the chicken was basically rubber and i got my order fast which isnt usually the case for this jack in the box. couldnt eat it had to throw it away

Food is never hot just barely warm if that. Also witnessed another upset customer due to extremely cold fries given to him. No associates acknowledge people at the counter, their too busy in the back but don’t even pay attention to customers just picking up. One of the lady barely speaks English, told her what I was there for. Waited almost 10 minutes just to hear her ask her manager or the team lead that she didnt understand what I needed. Mind you I speak both languages, if there was a language barrier she could of told me she didn’t understand and would of told her in Spanish. They really need more customer service training.

Order on line, when I got there was not acknowledged for about 5 minutes before someone greet me. Also trash on table and floor when I walked into the restaurant.

This is the driest sour dough jack I have ever had in my life! Plus the bread taste stell. The restaurant is filthy! The soda fountain is disgusting! Syrup on the fountain and on the floor near it. The floor is sticky! Eww!! I’ll never come back in here! There’s finger sticky dirt finger prints on everything! The door. The handles, the counter tops, the seats and the fountain. Do they ever clean up in there? I don’t even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. I’ll just cross this location off my list.
