The food was exactly what I ordered. The staff looked surprised to see another customer. When the cashier asked me if I wanted regular or curly fries with my combo I could barely hear her. The drink machine was acting weird and the tables had drink stains and crumbs on them.

Messed up my order, then overcharged me. The food looked terrible… I work on base and this is a convenient location, too bad I will not go there again. No ice for the soda machine and no air conditioner in the lobby… it’s summer in Vegas… get it together jack. Very disappointed!

Hours posted on the door shows that the dining room opens at 7am, I was trying to get something to eat and tried to go through front door at 7:10am and door was locked. Employee told me to walk around to Drive Thru and asked me what I needed. I told him I would like to get something to eat and asked if the Dining Room was open at 7am? He replied that there were only 2 people working and not enough staff to open the Dining Room. This was very inconvenient as I walked to the restaurant and then had to walk back empty handed. Since when do the employees decide the hours you open and close the restaurant?? Time to step your game up!! I’ve never worked any where that you can decide if you are open or not!!

Pretty good but they gave me a single burger instead of a double and they shut off the fountain so I couldn’t get refills for my drink. The service worker was a bit edgy and not entirely customer friendly. It seemed like a decent enough place but needs some work on PR.
