Went Nextdoor for breakfast to the donut store they have permanently closed. I wanted a ham and cheese croissant. Saw Jack and the Box to get an egg, bacon and cheese croissant. Placed my order paid came home to eat it and it was a BURGER, the most disgusting burger ever. I fed it to my Dogs! Definitely won’t Return. No one inside no one in drive thru and they managed to get my order WRONG. From now on I’m checking my order before leaving the window no matter how many cars are behind me waiting.

I was in your drive-thru yesterday about 3pm asking the cashier for the price of a combo which I found out later cost $4.49 maybe $5.49. He seemed to be getting frustrated because he wasn’t understanding my inquiry. Kept asking me what kind of drink I would like just so he could give me the price. I didn’t understand that I needed to tell him the flavor of a drink just to get a price check, so I pulled through the drive-thru and came inside. As I walked by the front window, I saw the price for the combo I was inquiring about. Realized I didn’t have enough so I decided on another menu item. The same cashier helped me at front counter. He apologized for the misunderstanding in drive-thru and took my order with efficiency and thanked me for my service. I thanked him for his service and told him to have a wonderful day. He was a sweetie pie about the whole situation. Most cashier’s get attitudes, but he maintained his cool and got me out of there with the same mood I had when I first drove up to the drive-thru; in good spirits. Thank him again for me please in case I don’t see him there again. I don’t come often, but I do come when I have a taste for my Jack!! Have a fabulous day today!!

The food was decent, and fresh. However, the restaurant staff? They don’t listen, and I don’t understand the 20 minute wait, when it wasn’t that busy and orders weren’t ridiculously hard. I watched 3 people before me get their orders and they were wrong, and mine was wrong as well. When my burger finally got remade, the line cook threw a fit about it, and on top of that, it was still cold. They don’t work very well as a whole, and I think the mangers should be ashamed.
I also noticed very loud mexican music coming from the back as well as nobody attentive to the counter.
Don’t think it’s worth coming back for me.

A few things:
– I ordered the Loaded Spicy Triple Cheese Curly Fries and they gave me the regular ones (no jalapeños or spice)
– the egg rolls were somehow burnt and undercooked at the same time (burnt ends and semi-cold center)
– the drive through customer service was the most irritating part of the experience: the employees took quite a while to respond/take the order (they said they were having difficulties at the window) even though there was only one person ahead of me and no customers inside. Maybe this has to do with the location recently opening or new employees still undergoing training…
– when I asked for sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls, they gave me honey mustard instead of sweet and sour sauce and when I circled back around to get the right sauce, they took the honey mustard back… not sure if this is a health hazard or not.
– the mini churros were warm and cooked well, I’d say the best part of my order.

Terrible service, I had read bad comments about this place, but they just opened the Jack in the box restaurant, for me it was excellent, now I regret what I said before, terrible service when you order your food, the quantities are ridiculous, they serve a few pieces They don’t even resemble the photos that are published by them, I went to tell them that what I ordered was horrible, everything was thrown in the box without the slightest care. The owner should pay more attention to his workers because of how bad they serve. This restaurant has everything to be great but its staff does not work well.

I have lived here 5 years and go to this jack alot! I have had rude employees but my order has never been wrong tonight my entire order was wrong !!! The only thing I got that was right was my 2 larger fries my kids meal came with no nuggets!!! I asked for classic tiny tacos and they gave me loaded the night shift hates their lives and are always in a rush very disappointed

I think most fast food chain restaurants are hard to rate because if they getting the order right is the standard. That means getting it right does not motivate people to take the time to write a good comment as you would do in a place, such as a restaurant, that you don’t know what the standard is.
But, when they get it wrong, it does motivate people to give low ratings and negative comments.
I can only give you an evaluation of the customer experience I receive at this location.
I live very near to this location and visit at least twice a week.
Full disclosure: I order ahead with the app and usually use the drive through to pick up. I have been inside many times, but only to pick up my order, because there are too many cars in the drive through, or I’m picking up food to deliver for Uber Eats. I have never ate in the dining area.
My interactions with team members has been a good one. On every visit the orders have been prepared correctly and in a timely manner. Special instructions have always been followed, including condiment requests.
The grounds outside of the restaurant are free of trash. The inside dining area was always clean every time I have been in there
My suggestion would be to order through the app. That way you cut out the order taker completely, spend less time waiting for the order and also you can earn free food.

Maria tried charging me extra for sauces i ordered with my order through the app if u guys wanna charge extra for sauces fix it in app as well cuz if i order through the app i expect to get my whole order 6 ranch sauces and all and maria tried to not give me all 6 either because the app doesn’t charge for em shouldnt matter tho if my recieipt says 6 give me all 6 i paid ahead of time
