Awesome staff and great attention to customers orders!
This jack in the box has surprised me everytime I’ve come eat or take out here (5 times) they always are quick and make sure order is correct. Today I the egg rolls and shake with curly fries…. Let me just say they did everything fresh to order so my food was nice and hot while also having the perfect crisp on the egg rolls! Shake almost didn’t make the pictures because it was so good!

The worst experience was that I ordered tacos without sauce, they gave them to me with sauce and they were straight from the refrigerator the tacos were cold I ordered 3 orders and had to throw away half of them. I ordered Curly Fries, they gave me fried fries, I ordered the hamburger without onions and they put them on. Advice: the customer is the one who keeps the business going. If you have employees who don’t know what they are doing, you have to be more attentive. A bad review can turn into a headache. No worries last time I went to that location

There are very few people in the restaurant. The server is good and the food comes out really fast.
Yesterday we tried the Big smashed Jack. It’s delicious. Today we have a coupon and we got to jumbo Jack for BOGO. Size of burgers are decent. The taste is great.

I had a frustrating experience at this Jack in the Box location. I ordered tacos and a kid’s meal through the drive-thru and was told to park and wait.
When they brought the food out, the employee asked “Tacos?” I said yes, because my order did include tacos. They handed me the bag, but it was the wrong order. I went inside to fix it, and to their credit, they corrected it.
However, when I got back to my car (with kids in the car), I realized they didn’t include the ranch dressing I specifically requested ,they gave me barbecue instead. So I had to get out of my car a second time to correct another mistake.
When I politely asked why customers are being asked to park and then come back multiple times due to errors, the woman taking the order (who appeared to be a manager) was very rude and implied the mistake was my fault because they had asked “tacos?” earlier. That’s not a proper order confirmation. They never clarified the full order or quantity.
Mistakes happen, but rude behavior and blaming the customer is unacceptable. This was inconvenient, especially with kids in the car, and very disappointing service.

Yesterday 06/03/2025 at 8:41 am, I ordered on the drive thru and when I had to pay, I paid $40 and gave the lady two $20 bill and and the order was $26.52 total but I got 8 dollars change instead. I didn’t check the change, and I left. I checked when I got home at 8 pm, and I realized they didn’t give me the full change, which is $13.48. I came a day after, around 12:20 p.m., and the lady in charge told me she couldn’t do anything about it. She called her boss and told her the same thing to her. The name of the girl is Samantha Q, as it says on the receipt. The check number is 1046. I asked the lady in charge today, 06/04/2025 to check the cameras but she said “I’m not gonna be able to see how much she gave me” so, this situation is frustrated because I have to work the whole day and I wasn’t able to come back the same day. The name of the lady who I talked to is Yahaira. They should change the personnel who’s getting the orders at this location. They are not doing a good job because either they’re not trained or they don’t care about the job.

I eat here often and this visit made me lose my appetite!!!! I ordered the birria loaded tiny tacos and I found a chicken wing bone in my food! Mind you I didn’t get anything with bone! I didn’t notice until I was almost done and immediately threw up. I called the store twice and no one answered. This is beyond disgusting! Do not go here!

The dining room is dirty and sticky. The manager Yajaira ignored me for almost ten minutes for a pick up order I could see on the counter. It’s always bad service inside because they focus all attention to drive thru, itself really slow, but today’s visit was probably the longest I’ve waited for something I ordered in advance.

So I drive a cab in Las Vegas I work 12-hour shifts and I don’t have a car so I’m on the bus so after a long night of working 12 hours I get on the bus to go home I take Decatur to Sahara I get off right here it is 7:00 in the morning Google says the dining area is open at 6 a.m. the window also says 6:00 a.m. for the dining area I’m not on the door they have it locked they’re refusing to serve me I’m hungry and I have money but I can’t eat because the employees and Jack In The box on Sahara and Decatur refuse to work but they’re getting paid

Whoever manages this Jack in the Box location needs to fix their soda machines already. Visited here multiple times for months and there’s always something wrong with these machines. They are either out of order, flat or warm with no refridgeration. Fix this machine already.
