Bro! This is gross… I come here often as it’s in my neighborhood, but it’s usually late night. Found a whole strand of hair stuck to my burger! Like STUCK. Like the DNA combining stuck. Like I can pull the hair and the burger moves! Crazy man. Still my favorite spot because the late night crew is dope, but I’m only going during late night because day time can’t be trusted. Like stuck you know… a small hair, I would have thought maybe it was mine… but it was a whole strand! I can make sweater.

Overall great location and go here often so gonna give a good review but last visit can you make sure to put meat in my burger lol it’s alright I just made a sandwich at home instead, to far to drive back.

To the young lady (Grace) running everything on Christmas, Thank you. I know that fast food is rough work. Just try to remember that it’s just burgers and fries 🙂 i did recieve a lot of attitude from her in the drive thru and felt extremely rushed, so I decided not to even get the rest of my meal here. but I understand that she is under a lot of stress given the circumstances ; her crew was not even helping her. I walked in and everybody was standing around except for grace. It seems like she has alot to do on her own. Either way thank you for helping us

Today 12/8 at 6:10pm we went through drive thru and ordered a plain double Jack. It was not plain so I went inside, informed the employee who informed the cook, the nastiest , rudest person who clearly hates her job. She scoffs so loud when they inform her and then screams “what is a plain burger”? I replied meat, cheese and bun. Then she goes wild on the other employees, screaming at them that she already made one and they messed it up. The employees seemed miserable dealing with her poor attitude. Up until now I had never had a problem and the rest of the employees were great, but I have never ever heard a cook this mad, rude and awful to the other employees and customers I would think about the atmosphere that this woman creates and is even rude when customers walk in.

For a fast food breakfast, inspirada’s jack in the box works. The food is of course, not 5 Star because it’s fast food, but the coffee is great. In fact, the young lady brought freshly prepared coffee to my table with a great attitude. Therefore, customer service bumps the rating to 5 overall.

Update: Ordered on May 19, 2023 @ 4:00pm – My fries were cold and stale again! What’s wrong with this location? Are you guys precooking the fries in advance or something? Why are my fries cold and not fresh? Glad I tasted my fries before driving off. I let them know that my fries weren’t fresh, but I shouldn’t have to do that. This location just sucks. I guess nobody cares.
It would be nice if this location knew how to provide fresh fries. Their fries really suck! Always tasteless and stale or burnt. I’ve received bad fries on more than one occasion. One night I received fries that were so old and hard they tasted like stale potato chips. Next time I receive some bad fries, I’m reporting it to the health department. Your food should always be provided hot and fresh. When I pay you for fresh food, don’t take my money and give me old a$$ fries.

I have been to soooo many different jack in the box restaurants. I will say this specific one was probably one of the best ones i have ever been to. The guy in the drive ( kevyn with a y) thru was so sweet and welcoming. I will most definitely be going back.

I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because they are a fairly new location, but this place is NOT open 24 hours like it says. I’m a late nighter, and a Jack in the Box 5 minutes from my house never sounds half bad, if it wasn’t a gamble of if it’s open or not. They frequently place a wood pallet out in the drive thru as an indicator but maybe they forgot tonight. Pitch black inside and not a worker to be seen. If you’re gonna be open 24 hours then….. be open 24 hours.
