Love love love Jack in the box, but not this one. I was very disappointed in my food. Ordered the loaded wedges with cheese and bacon posted is a picture of what it looked like. And not to mention the chicken tenders how many times were they refried? They were like beef jerky. Fast food I know isn’t suppose to be fine dining quality BUT it should at least be edible.

I ask for HOT & FRESHLY COOKED fries EVERYTIME… they say yes they are fresh… blah blah… they never are. They don’t even care that you take your time and choose to spend your hard earned cash. They don’t treat you with respect. Smh so annoying!!!! I have had to either go inside or back through the drive thru many MANY TIMES. jack in the box is supposed to be cooked to order. Went to this Jack in the box today. Ordered through mobile order. They left out one sandwich out of 4. My son had to drive all the way back and they refused to give him the sandwich because he did not have the food. The food was being eaten at home by the people who actually received it. The girl manager was so rude. The team lead said to my son sorry about her but she’s over me so I can’t replace that sandwich. Replace !!! I paid for it and did not receive it. I don’t want it replaced I want what I paid for. She said to him he has to go home and get the food and bring it back in order to help him and she left him standing there at the front counter. I tried to call before he went and it said their number was disconnected. So disappointing because we went here once a week. Now I won’t go back. So sad.

I always get the same breakfast sandwich before work,the other day they gave me a complete different order I called to make a complaint and get a refund,but I was not able to go back immediately since I was on my way to work.Came back later that day with my receipt and the manager was very rude and expected me to still have the food they gave me 8 hours later,thats disgusting and unsanitary.

The crew team at this location are awesome Fast, efficient service, while cars were piling up was amazing to see them get through. I had to come through a second time to get another order and total time I waited was no more than 15 min between the two pick ups. Keep up the good work team
