Quick, and the friendliest workers i have seen. Great customer service. Definitely making this my go-to jacks.
Edit: went there and orders two meals with curly fries. Got the bag and they were French fries. Told the guy at the window, and he gave me new curly fries. I find out later half the thing is still French fries I JUST FOUND OUT THE OTHER FRY WAS HALF FRENCH TOO! bro I wanted curly fries

Peter the employee in charge was amazing !! We had a tiny problem with our odee and he fixed it right away and demonstrated the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile ! He should be promoted to manager !

Pretty crappy customer service when we paid we didn’t get a receipt at the drive thru so I didn’t realize they had charged us incorrectly. We went in to explain the size wasn’t correct when we finally received our food and was just met with confrontation that they couldn’t do anything further to help us as it was just our fault. We even tried to pay the difference or figure out what we can do to resolve the issue and was told there was nothing they could do. I go to this jack because it’s up the street and had not had any real issues before but I think I’ll be taking a break.

You know I’m really not surprised that it has a three-star rating actually I kind of am because I figured it’d be much lower. I moved into the area about 7 years ago I’ve gone a couple times to this Jack but mostly I drive 10 minutes out of my way the other direction to avoid this Jack in the box because every time I come here it’s a problem. Order online so I don’t have to wait and then still wait 20 minutes They say they’re going to bring out the food when it’s ready because 15 minutes wasn’t long enough. I go back in 10 minutes after I got there so 25 minutes later and the food’s sitting there cold because they’re in too incompetent to bring the food out like they said they would. By far the worst Jack in the box in Vegas

Asked for grilled onions on cheeseburger. No grilled onions, fries and burger was cold when I got home. 5 minute drive from location. This location is usually very good. This visit was terrible. I sat at Mobile check out for 10 min before someone came to talk with me.

Seriously. If your customers place an Online order. This means we have don’t the JOB of the cashier. Then we still have to pull forward and wait for my food longer-LONGER than customers coming After me. This is ridiculous!! Get your businesses together. All fast food needs to STOP doing this!

There may be a busy drive-thru and pretty clean seating areas, but when customer service slacks, it just feels like a horrible experience. Customers still keep coming back though, even myself. I do cuz I like their menu and seasonal milkshake flavors. Plus, it’s Jack! He was like a grampa for me growing up – always there, and let us eat junk food. So I’ll be kind with a 3-star rating. Some things that can be improved are:
– Acknowledging the customer. At least let them know you’ll help them in a few.
– Don’t leave out details when asked how much more something will cost. It raises eyebrows.
Lucky I wasn’t a secret shopper… Why will I still come back? The yummy burgers and spicy chicken options. Hot food, no long lines inside, still pretty quick turntimes.

I just got home and ordered 2 bacon breakfast and 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches . I’m really disappointed . The sausage sandwiches had one slice of ham no sausage , and the bacon sandwiches were missing the eggs . I don’t have time to go back for them to correct this . Waste of $14 plus $$$ .
