I came on 2-18-26 around 9 pm as I walked in with my family, all the workers were on their phones then when I go to take my order The short haired Hispanic lady just gave me and my family a dirty look That lady is a horrible worker she needs to be fired immediately. I spent $60 on my family and I did not feel welcome there at all. Then I asked for some strawberry jelly and the lady said I put two in the bag and I wanted some more so I walked out with only two packets of jelly for three breakfast sandwiches The food was good, but like I said, everybody was on their phones and they just did not make me and my family feel welcome there at all

I ordered two tacos and a Jr. cheeseburger through the app. What I didn’t realize at the time was, I needed to add the taco sauce when ordering. However, when handed the bag, I politely asked if there was taco sauce in the bag, to which the employee snidely responded, “No, nothing’s in the bag that wasn’t ordered.” Okay great, but I certainly didn’t order a side of attitude yet here we are. And also, I guess napkins weren’t in the bag, since I didn’t order those either….?

Shame on you to whoever was working the register today, 12/20/25 around 3:15PM. Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. He was laughing in my face at the fact that I didn’t have a smaller bill. Had he handled the situation differently, I would’ve been understanding in that fact that he was unable to accommodate. Rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful that man was which shows what kind of behavior is tolerated in the workplace. Do better.

Best thing about this place.. hands down… The tacos! Definitely with a ranch on top of them though. I love love the fries they have here. I love that they’re open late which is how restaurants in Vegas should be to begin with. this one has to be my favorite Jack in the box it was always fresh people are always amazing.

All the tacos on my order were burnt and got thrown away! Ridiculous the quality of food. Ordered from Uber eats considering I just had surgery and can’t get out of the house. Thanks for your service and quality of food.
