Staff on shift 09/06/25 were super friendly, one even held the door for us as we came in. This was our first time trying Jack in the Box (we’re from the UK) but we were impressed!

This location deserves 6 stars. Jacky greets everyone who comes through the door like they’re walking in to a hometown cafe. If you’re a regular, she tells people that it’s good to see them and asks how they’ve been. With a smile. I went in just before 1 PM and they were extraordinary busy. They also appeared to be short handed. Despite that, Jacky and her crew were not letting it show. Each team member was dillegently performing their tasks, with every order coming together like an orchestrated play.
I noticed the drive-thru was very busy as well, but the staging area wraps around the building, single file, nobody has to back out. Very safe and efficient. The young lady who was working the drive-thru, was also running orders out to the waiting customers. And she was moving with a purpose.
The kitchen crew was multitasking like a machine, and the front-end was seldom waiting for food to complete an order.
I noticed that a high percentage of the customer’s were Spanish speaking. Jacky and the other young lady up front were seamlessly transitioning from perfect Spanish to perfect English; communicating with each other, and the customer’s.
Also, despite being busy, the restaurant was clean inside and out.

The man working the drive thru this morning at 6am on 01/16 was extremely rude and sassy. I understand he is busy but it’s too early to be that rude. I like the regular scheduled man who works the morning shifts.. not this new guy I came across today, very unpleasant visit he also made my drink wrong and I feel it was on purpose from our interaction.

I went in about 5 PM on a weekday and ordered breakfast and a coffee. There was no coffee made, and I was fully prepared to select another beverage. Harley, the young lady behind the counter, ensured that it was no trouble to make some (try to get them to make coffee at the yellow m at 5 in the afternoon…good luck). The coffee was good, the food was excellent, and the crew deserves 5+ stars. The property was clean inside and outside, and everyone inside was busy working.

This was a good place for a quick bite to eat! 1st time my husband had tried the chain. He really like it! My husband order a burger & fries. I ordered their loaded tiny tacos. They were good for a small snack. The staff is really nice, too.

It took awhile to get our food but it was warm and delicious. Ordered the Jack Pack for $6. It included small drink, small fry, a taco and jr jumbo jack cheeseburger.

This was our first time visiting Jack in the Box. The service was amazing the young man who was worked on Tuesday 10/21/25 around 7pm was amazing. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

Jack in the Box is by far one of the better fast food places on the west coast. Since I’ve been staying in Arkansas I miss this place way too much. Highly recommend the mini churros.

UPDATE: A coworkers kid got his first job at a nearby JIB location. He said it actually costs LESS for a soda over coffee, and they have to notify customers and ring up the upcharge. This location is 100% a rip-off.
UPDATE: I had reported this to the corporate office as well, and three times I received a poll asking about my satisfaction with the follow-up, and each time I had to respond that no one ever contacted me about it. They finally stopped asking because it’s clear this location DOES NOT CARE about customers. Full stop. It’s all about money and what they can get away with. Their post here claims they care, but I can say that 100% they do not. They only reached out here because of the public exposure. No one has ever reached out to me directly, and they know full well who and where I am. I used to go nearly every day for lunch and maybe once or twice a week for breakfast. I haven’t been back since this started.

You really have to keep an eye on these guys. Despite gouging with their prices because this is a tourist area, they actively rip people off. I have the receipts—literally. I was overcharged for the supreme croissant combo. I had looked at the board when ordering already thinking $6.99 was more than the mediocre food was worth. Then later I noticed they charged me 50¢ more!
I told them through their survey and main web site, but nearly a week later they still have the cheaper price on the menu boards hoping people won’t notice being overcharged. How many other prices are displayed lower? How many of those items do they sell each day? Extremely dishonest ownership and management.
