Hadn’t been to Jack In The Box for years and decided to go. Used to love this place! Not so much now. I had the green chili cheese burger with sourdough bread. It felt like we waited forever for our food, but I can’t say how long. First look when I removed the wrapper should have warned me to just give it back for a refund and walk away! The “meat” looked like cardboard, maybe tasted like it too but I can’t say as I’ve never actually tasted cardboard. The bread was dry and the first bite actually cut my lip. The bacon was undercooked enough that I pulled it out of the burger. I did eat some of it but it was a big disappointment for the cost. Won’t be going back to Jack In the Box!

My mom just ordered from there she ordered the three egg rolls. You guys put one ONLY ONE egg roll in there which costs 9$ in total. My mom deserves free food today from yall and actually make it good this time .

Ordered online and when picking up my order through drive thru they said they didnt have salads so I just asked to replace it with a jumbo jack. I was asked to park and someone would be out with my order. I was there for 30 minutes and still didn’t get any sauces for egg rolls.

Just grabbed a couple tacos for the wife. Went inside and was immediately helped. The tacos were hot, made to order and according to my wife totally delicious! Will definitely return.

I got my order wrong, missing food, no ketchup had to return after 10 min just to get my missing egg rolls that I had paid. The mini churros where old, burned nothing tasted good. The gentlemen in the kitchen with his pants falling off everything he grabbed something underneath. Never going back to that place.

I went inside to use the restroom, and an employee open the door with his keys without knocking first. It should be common sense to knock before opening a door. I felt very violated!

Drive thru was quick. But I paid for a big cheese burger and it was kinda expensive, when I opened it after I left it was the wrong Burger. I checked receipt and they charged me for the one I ordered. This one was small covered in onions and LOT of onion rings. Which made it look larger than it was, tiny piece of meat.
Let me tell ya, when I was young I hated all onions but as I matured I learned to like sauteed, cooked with something or stuff like onion rings. BOY, THAT WAS A VERY ONIONY BURGER. While eating what I was given, I just couldn’t convince myself to eat anymore. I lost my appetite and the $8 food went to waste.
Depending on the direction you are going, this is very difficult to get to it. You can see it but the way I went I passed it because there wasn’t a place to turn in. So after passing like 6 NO U TURN signs, I found a place to u turn so I could get back to it. And leaving is just about as bad. I can’t remember having such a hard time to get a Jack in Box special burger and then I didn’t even get my burger. I would have gone back to get the correct burger but it probably would have taken me 20 minutes to get back to Jack in Box.
So the morale of the story is AWAYS check your order before you leave.

Water was charged as a Powerade, and recipt wasn’t given to me, they said they have to charge water like that. My double was a single and all in a bowl because I asked for a lettuce wrapped burger,

Worst experience ever!! Placed an order online and after 20 minutes it wasn’t ready. My husband had to go to the window to tell them it had been too long (this was at night at around 1am) they finally give us the order we get home which is 30 minutes away from the location. The whole order was wrong, incomplete and the food was bad!!!! The bread was hard like it had been there for a week you couldn’t even break it with your hands and the inside. I’ve never had such horrible experience ever in any other restaurant it felt so unreal cause how can people do that? It’s so unsanitary and disgusting. I don’t ever even bother to leave reviews but this time I had too because that was just too much. Please don’t go here!
