Don’t be fooled by the low overall number. This Jack is amazing. We are originally from California and miss Jack living in Virgina. Everything about this restaurant is right, great service, super clean store and the food was like we had as a kid. You will not be disappointed. The staff is unbelieveable. This location specifically needs to hire more staff. every time i go there’s only one person working, almost all the time i have to park and wait to get my food along with 3-4 other cars, and im not sure if the machines aren’t working properly but when taking my order through drive through they can never hear what im saying. i got asked three times what kind of fries and drink i wanted when ordering tonight and they still gave me the wrong fries. i get people are understaffed but either hire more people or close it down all together! ridiculous

I was picking up an Uber order and the person who was bagging the order made me wait to get it until the person who makes drinks came back. These orders are timed and late deliveries can affect us being able to get deliveries. I can understand if they are busy, but it was not busy. There is no reason I should have had to wait almost 10 minutes just because I was waiting for the drink. They could have given me the cup and I would have made the drink myself.

Every time no matter if there is a line or it’s just you. They move you to wait in a parking space.. they have so many people lined up there are not enough spaces. They are so worried about thier wait time for drive though yet you still sit in a spot for 20 min while they dance and screw around in the lobby.
