Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Service was fast and friendly. Got curly fries, mini tacos and an oreo shake. All were delicious.

I’ve been living in Maryland for almost 7 years and when I got back home to Arizona, all I wanted was some Jack in the Box!! It was just as great as I remembered!! And there are so many new menu items I need to try!! Jack in the Box is definitely my favorite fast food place!! 🙂

Drive thru service sucks.
Today I received the wrong order completely. Not to mention the numerous other times I’ve been and have had items missing from my order as well. Unacceptable when your only job at the window is to look at the order on the screen, bag it and hand it to the customer. Last time eating here.

Went inside and was greeted at the door by a friendly employee who was cleaning the dining room. We do not have these by my house so I had a bunch of questions. The gentleman at the register had all the answers and was very friendly. The food was all very hot and fresh. Had a double and my daughter had a kods meal. Everything was great.

Well two years later and nothing has changed. Still can’t get an order right to save their life and the Latina chick working the drive thru needs an attitude adjustment, or better yet a promotion to customer. Went to check my order and soon as I looked away she threw her arms up annoyed that I had the audacity to check if they got my food right, and wouldn’t you know it. THEY GOT IT WRONG! This place is a joke the management should be ashamed at the way this place runs.

Not sure what happened here but this place is bad more often than decent. The fries I just received with my order feel and taste like they were made hours ago. Burger Luke warm, not even close to hot. I know it’s fast food but everything is an arm and a leg these days. $12 for a cold burger and fries sucks.

I stopped there for lunch after finishing a job for work. Unfortunately my local Jack in the Box closed down and I was feeling a little hungry for a Jack in the box. It was clean, and I quick service. It’s much like any other Jack in the Box nothing too special. When I go again, yes I mean Jack in the Box is cheap and I did like the menu

Suffice it to say I love Jack-in-the-Box and I like the number one the sourdough sandwich but what you have to do is smash it all together and fry it on the grill. Don’t just toast it and put a hamburger patty on it. It needs to be smooshed together.

I used to come here daily but the food was so inconsistent that I haven’t stopped in a while. Decided to stop this morning for some loaded tacos. Got all the way to work and opened up my “loaded” tacos to find a very small amount of nacho cheese, about 4 pieces of lettuce and NO TACO SAUCE. Yet, I still paid full price! Great way to control food cost by ripping off the customer. This is why I stopped coming here. Gave you another shot today, but I won’t be back.

They were very fast on making the food, and were very nice. The manager was was professional and still provided great customer service while dealing with an aggressive customer. I very satisfied with the vist at Jack in the box.
