It was a nice and clean Jack in the Box. There were were plenty of tables and chairs. Food was freshly made and good. Restrooms were clean. Moreover, the staffs were welcoming and very helpful. I will definitely visit again

Never been to this location before.
1) the lobby stunk bad, mildew and like a very dirty toilet. Even the customer behind us, a little kid walked in with his mother he made faces “whats that smell?!”
2) bad customer service, especially from the lead person. No one knew how to remove a charge made by mistake. Not even lead guy, he had to call a manager. Who really didn’t care either it seems.
3) it was taking so long with rude encounter that we just asked for a refund and left. But that lobby smell, it was bad.

I never got a receipt. I ordered 4 tacos and only got 2. And I don’t know why they put ranch in my bag if I wanted ketchup. Curly fries weren’t fresh.

This Jack in the Box was AMAZING!! “FAST FOOD” that was actually FAST!! The wait in the drive through was very minimal and we had about 3-4 cars ahead of us! Food was served with a smile, nothing like professional service! If you are ever in the Flagstaff area, highly recommend trying them out! They are conveniently located right off interstate 40! Wish they had Jack in the Box everywhere!

This is a great fast food company that actually is cheaper than most of them to eat a meal for under $ 10.00 . I also always have had amazing customer service from the manager and the employees both . The sausage patties were always hot and fresh too . Have a blessed day

Last night (10/23), I ordered the Breakfast Jack combo. The sandwich was nasty, like cardboard, starting with the egg (see pic). I came back this morning and the supervisor argued, making excuses. He finally offered to remake. I waited 10 mins for it. Within that 10 mins and prior to being initially assisted, 5 min-wait, the fries were just sitting there, and they weren’t busy. Just as I was finally getting my sandwich, the first order of fries came in and they served from that batch. Where I’m from (CA), Jack doesn’t “make it ’til you order it.” Terrible customer service.
When I walked out with the replaced sandwich, I gave it to a homeless person outside of the restaurant.
UPDATE: As Jack’s response below requested for me to reach out. I did via e-mail, and I have gotten no response. So, they remain a 1 star… even less than.
