As a traveler, this is my first time trying Jack in the Box and it is pretty good. The build-your-own-cravings box has good-sized portions at a good price and it tasted pretty decent. The restaurant is very clean and organized and the fast food dining experience was excellent. Jack in the Box is one of my favourite fast food chains now!

As fast food goes in general, I dont have great expectations. I just expect one simple thing. GET THE ORDER RIGHT. Placed an online order tonight and spent NEARLY $100 on an online order to feed 5 people. Aside from the fact that they did not give us straws, napkins or condiments or even ASK if we needed any of the above, they practically threw the bags at us through the window despite allowing at least 10 minutes for the order to be ready when we got there to pick up. When the food was finally ready and we got it home… so much was wrong.. one order was completely wrong.. three people ordered curly fries but two people got regular instead. The cups of one of the shakes was filled to overflowing and was a sticky mess. A bacon cheeseburger was given with no bacon on it. And to top it all off… no ketchup (or other condiments.) Guess its hard to read a simple checklist off the computer screen.

Never been to this location before.
1) the lobby stunk bad, mildew and like a very dirty toilet. Even the customer behind us, a little kid walked in with his mother he made faces “whats that smell?!”
2) bad customer service, especially from the lead person. No one knew how to remove a charge made by mistake. Not even lead guy, he had to call a manager. Who really didn’t care either it seems.
3) it was taking so long with rude encounter that we just asked for a refund and left. But that lobby smell, it was bad.

I’m a frequent traveler who has visited numerous Jack in the Box locations, and I must say that this specific one stood out for its exceptional cleanliness. The food was truly remarkable, and the staff displayed remarkable friendliness and dedication. As I enjoyed my meal, I couldn’t help but notice how diligently the team managed the restaurant, as if it were their own. It’s evident that this is a cohesive and efficient team – after all, teamwork does make the dream work. I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service and delectable food. I ordered the Southwest salad with chicken. The chicken was warm and tasted good. I was impressed. It was huge for the price. I ordered the ranch dressing which came in like a squeeze ketchup thingy. It tasted like homemade. It didn’t have that bottled flavor at all. I’ll go back, they did a good job on this salad.

I was gonna go to In and out but there was stand still traffic on the road and I didn’t feel like sitting in a giant line once I got there so I saw Jack in the box and decided “why not?”. I hadn’t been to a Jack in the Box or had one of their hamburgers in years. I got the Double Jack combo 2. The young girl at the window was very polite, nice and patient. I opened my bag and had a neatly wrapped package, the double jack looked neat, tall (not squashed) and presentable, not slapped together and greasy or dripping with sauces. The hamburger was NOT greasy and was very good. The fries were nicely seasoned and I was surprised that the Sprite was crispy, and not too syrupy like Mcd’s. Good quenching throat burn lol. I would recommend this Jack in the box…

The food is delicious. French fries are crispy. But more important than that, very friendly staff. Even if I accidentally spilled a drink, they say it’s okay, so I organize it.
After leaving the crossbody bag, we realized it. When I made a call after an hour of leaving the crossbody bag, they warmly answered them to come without worrying that they are in good shape.
