If I could give 0 Stars I would. It never fails every time I try to give the JIB ON Ina a chance to do better, they fail.
My orders are 90% always wrong. They never own up to their mistakes. What I ordered this morning is wrong. I sometimes let it slide and just go.
But this sad breakfast sandwich is not what I ordered, and I just wanted 3 French toast sticks. Just 3. And get a French toast breakfast deluxe and did not ordered it. But probably charged me an arm/leg for it. And still told me to take it.

Please just once get an order right. Whether it’s mine or anyone else’s.

Recently arrived and ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl combo meal. After the food arrived, further inspection of my receipt revealed that l was somehow “up-charged” an additional $0.60 for a large drink that l didn’t order, elevating the cost of the combo from $12.99 to $13.59. This action was not discussed prior and was never expressed or authorized when l placed my order. I found the hidden covert attempt to steal $0.60 from me to be highly disingenuous and undeniably extremely dishonest. The entry of the upchange modification on my bill was willful, intentional and deliberate which compounds the morally bankrupt trespass.
After my meal I presented the matter to the attention to the on duty manager who l believe is named Brandon, kudos to Brandon who listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly without hostility or attitude. Brandon refunded the stolen funds in a effort to resolve the issue.
Brandon’s professionalism seemed unlimited and remarkable, refreshing in the post pandemic world of uncaring indifference to the needs of paying guest.
I found the rice bowl dry, sub par in qaulity to previous visits. I don’t think limiting the sauce is truly beneficial to the overall culinary experience, especially since additional teriyaki sauce is no longer available in the supplemental packets. The egg roll was cooked to absolute heavenly perfection. Most people unfortunately overlook the diversity of Jack’s menu.
Several tables were bussed but were clearly never cleaned resulting in obvious food debris still on the tables limiting thier usefulness and value.
Over all the entire visit was disappointing in comparison to prior visits, leaving vast from for unlimited improvement.

Brendan L. was so friendly. I have been here several times and he is always do pleasant, accommodating, friendly and just a super fantastic person and employee.
Unfortunately they didn’t have what I wanted. Out of teriyaki bowl but he made suggestions and helped me find something comparable.

Nice new store on Ina. Nice and cool for this 100 degree heat . The absolute best egg rolls! Dirty drink dispenser and could have been a bit cleaner. Quiet music and good atmosphere…

Terrible experience! Missing a burger and my drink, food was not prepared the right way. Fries weren’t even half way filled in the carton! Didn’t get a receipt when I requested one! The young male that was at the window shut the window on me as I was talking to him, he was extremely DISRESPECTFUL I live in OV so it was quite long to drive all the way back to Jack in the Box! I’m so disappointed! I will NOT be going back to this location ever again

They wouldn’t take our order because they were waiting on the night crew to come into work? 15 mins before shift change at a 24 hr fast food restaurant. We have been on the road all day and only wanted premade salads…get it together ppl. How about hiring ppl that want to work!!! Sitting around getting paid to not take orders… interesting concept. Hire me.

The people that work the drive-thru window here look like they don’t even want to be there. Sometimes they’re frustrated that they even have to help or that they’re so over working there. I understand it’s a Jack in The box it is definitely fast food and I know that’s not exciting or the best job but putting a smile on your face and pretending like you actually want to help customer is what you’re supposed to do regardless of how you feel.
