Went to get a shake and some fries at 1045 (I rode my bike) the lobby clearly stats on it’s door and website that the dining area closes at 12am. I went through drive thru but their shake machine is broke and and fan fav box that is advertised on the menu is discontinued. So I literally went there for nothing and the employees are super rude. I’m never coming back.

I was forwarded to do a review about the issue on Jack in the box site beyond ridiculous where’s my refund it’s only to tell them my problem not to get my money back. Ridiculous. I feel like I was ripped off. I paid $3.99 plus tax for three quarter size pieces of hard overcooked jalapeno poppers. If I had checked them before I left the drive-thru I would have gotten my money back. I didn’t even mention the HARD overcooked tacos that you can barely eat. It makes me angry when I pay for food that I’m not getting a fair amount or a decent product. You also need to do some “retraining” as well with your drive through employees. They’re very dismissive don’t have time to do anything other than throw your bag at you at the window. I understand you get busy but there was literally one car behind us!

Update for July 2023: It’s improved! a lot! I had the double jack sandwich and it was great, the meat was cooked well, the veggies were crisp and crunchy, the staff was very kind and quick and while I still absolutely despise the hostage situation of the drivethrough especially when they can’t get cars moving, I’m glad to say there was only 3 cars infront of me and despite having 30+ minute waits before, I only waited about 4 or so this time! Whatever you’ve done to change things here, make sure the staff know they’re doing well so you don’t end up with more people like what you had before.
