I ordered Uber eats right after I got off work and they ignored phone calls and hung up on me repeatedly after I realized what had happened they couldn’t make one of my meal items which was fine, my driver said something about how they wouldn’t work with her on replacing one of the items. I didn’t really care much because I’m tired and hungry and knew Uber would refund one of the items but now I can’t even eat what I bought and have to go spend hours in the ER so I can be at work again and didn’t get a full refund because I thought the one item I did get would be okay to eat. Might have been my driver who started an argument but for them to purposely mess with my food was disturbing to say the least. I ordered tiny tacos and they put salsa on them instead of taco sauce and I didn’t do anything to provoke this? All I want is a full refund for money and time wasted waiting for food not to mention the medical bills I’ll have to pay bc I’m allergic to tomato. Don’t go here, extremely inconsiderate staff and clearly vile people to mess with someone for something they didn’t even do

Drive thru employees were rude and very abrupt. I was the only car there, so they were not stressed from being busy. I ordered 3 egg rolls and a large drink, which were decent, but I was not given the dipping sauce or any napkins. There is way too much competition to treat your customers like that.

The food is always made wrong especially when the manger Chris is on duty. Certain days it looks like the crew is too lazy to clean trash is always filled other days it’s clean so that’s a hit or miss. Sometimes the fries taste soggy and wet, definitely the worst Jack In The Box in town

Myself and a coworker got off work around 3:30am. We stopped at Jack In The Box to grab some food after work at 1st Ave & Wetmore in Tucson, AZ. We usually order from the app but it said the location was closed but I figured the app was in error. So we ordered through the drive thru. The person taking the order was very rude. As we proceeded to the drive thru window the employee kept staring us down in a very aggressive manner. We couldn’t understand what his problem was. We were not rude at all but were somewhat indecisive about what to order. The gentleman was a African-American male, slender and 5 feet 5 inches tall. He was super rude. The name on our receipt is Jerral. We almost wanted to call police. I’ve been trying to reach a manager on duty. I’ll try again today. We also went on Google to look up this store and found complaints about him with his pictures. This has been an unfortunate experience. The places open around this time are limited so I’ll think it’s best to pick either, McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr, or a 24 hour fast food Mexican place. We really couldn’t believe this was happening.

I went to order at Jack in the box late at night which I thought it would be fine bc they said it’s open 24hrs. I was waiting for 10min at the speaker before just driving up to the window bc there was no response. One of the people who was working tonight said he wasn’t answering the speaker bc he didn’t have his headset on because he was trying to finish an order even though there was someone who was just standing there with him doing nothing. I gave him cash and I was expecting some change but he didn’t give me any. When I asked for my change they said they couldn’t give me any bc they didn’t have the keys to the drawers. They then said to hold on a minute and got someone else.

Good food went in with my wife for a lunch tenders and mini loaded tacos . Tenders were breaded to perfection and juicy and flavorful. The loaded tacos were a delightful experience combining spices with a crunch will be back !
