I received an invitation to come here from the Arizona Daily Star (via their Buyer’s Guide coupon mailer) and it had been a while, so I took a chance on Jack tonight, but I cannot say I’ll come back so soon next time.
Pros: This location is 24 hours, which is so rare in this part of town that it deserves an extra star just for that. The food is decent and fresh, although value will be addressed below. Very clean. Excellent staff delivered friendly and prompt service, and deserve a raise.
Cons: Value. The sandwich pictured below cost almost nine dollars. For a single patty that pricing model is simply egregious. This is not Ruths Chris. The dine in experience has potential, but it’s not quite there. For one, all customers are handed their items in a to-go bag. I was not asked if I wished to dine in. I found that to be presumptuous and unwelcoming, especially given the price point. Also, efforts have been made to cultivate a suave and modern atmosphere here with the couch, exposed brick walls, and moody pendant lamps. But the experience is absolutely ruined by the overhead lighting. It was so bright that, despite deeply desiring to dine in, I ate my meal out on the street. Am I eating in a restaurant or an operating theater?

Started my lunch break with McDonald’s telling me they can’t serve anyone for 20 minutes because they just had the breakfast menu switch over. Then I went here and the staff gave me a rock and roll jack head, thank you to everyone working there, it made the crappy shift a bit better

This is the second time that my girlfriend and i have been to this Jack in the box and have been treated horribly by the same cashier,a younger dark skin with curly hair. The first interaction with this unprofessional “women” was due to her inability to even give us the correct change. When I spoke to her she started laughing went as far as to accuse me of being short on my total by aan l more than a dollar and by her own admission without us knowing or asking her she took the money out from a donation box to a foundation at the register to make my total even??? Really please!! How does this make sense? Now all this is being lloudly andn told to us as she is laughing insulting us

5stars since the staff turned off the tv with the naked peeps. Food always good, egg rolls are the best. Two tacos for $2 and excellent teriyaki chicken bowls curly fries are excellent too

Love it or hate it, it’s open 24 hours and to a college student that’s a blessing. The night shift people seem to be the best and I’ve never had a bad experience here. There has always been at least a few clean tables and the soda machine has tons of options. It’s location is very convenient and I appreciate how well your food is presented. Whenever I’ve gone, it hasn’t been very busy.

24hr location showed as open then denied my Uber eats service and cost me my order. Called the store to reconcile but the manager told lies and then hung up on me. Do not recommend this jack on the box. No issues with other locations

Poorest of the poor branch. Employees are rude, disrespectful and self-centered. I had the worst of experiences and the way that the employees handled the situation was beyond deplorable. I will not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Jack in the box sucks!
